These guys have gone above and beyond for my glory girl the last 2 times we have been out there. They get what we need quickly have a huge selection of literally everything we needed both for High School ball AND travel. I appreciate them very much.

The job conditions here are horrible. They have roaches and rats in the warehouse. Business professionalism is nonexistent here for customers as well as employees. They treat employees poorly by verbally abusing them causing them to constantly hire new people. I would not conduct business with them nor advise anyone to work here. The products themselves are always having transfers peeling off after one use because they don’t know how to use their printing machines. Much better off going to another local printing shop for better quality and service. 1/10 Edit for response: Word gets around! Treat your employees better and past ones wouldn’t have so much to say. You can't run a business when you can’t keep employees. I hope more come forward about the abuse that goes on in your business.

Customer service is not good. We have to buy a certain pant for our team and they ripped the seam in the same spot on both pairs in less than a month. They say it is normal wear and ear. If you can avoid going to this store do. They do not back their products.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unorganized and unapologetic and unwilling to take ownership for resolution of issues. Almost every order I’ve placed with them this fall has had issues. When you spend a few thousand dollars with them a year, you’d think they would try to do better/make things right but they almost act like my business doesn’t matter to them.. Instead, every time I call, I am quoted policy regardless of what my question is and every time I talk to someone I get a different answer/story. I would not take my business here voluntarily and I will be working diligently to find an alternate solution. Would absolutely not recommend.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had - unorganized, and unapologetic. We have had multiple issues on orders and every time I call I am quoted policy no matter what my question is and no matter who I talk to I get different answers. There are better options out there and I will choose to spend my money elsewhere. Would not recommend giving them your business.

Absolutely sensational small business owner and shop. Larry couldn't be any more lovely. Be even stayed open late for us so my daughter could get items before a tournament. Larry loves the game and you can't beat his prices. Cheaper than online.

Bought a pair of cleats that were too large but they refuse to exchange them. They said they were used which they weren't. If you use white cleats once clay it's very obvious. Worst experience will never buy from again.

Unfriendly service, especially if you need to make a return. It's been 3 months and I have still not gotten my $36 dollars back on a return I made. This was not a monogram or specialty item. I do not recommend their services to anyone.
