I often have tried the other places knowing we're I should go , and as usual no we don't have anything like that. “The store staff are always very helpful. Diane was very delightful and very helpful. She always know right where thing are and more then willing to check to see if an item is in back. Never have had a bad experience with Diane or any of the employees at this location. I have noticed on a review of a person saying some pretty over the top comments about an employee and I just had to add my 2 cents. Yes it is policy not to look up your order and like most places you need to have your receipt. I have had no problem keeping my receipts. I do feel that guys review was made up mostly in his head. As everyone has always been great to deal with at this location.”
“I'm 3 hours from home and looking for something specific. Good employees will make or break a store like this. Having everything under the sun doesn't help much if you can't find it. Two different employees helped me and both of them knew exactly where my stuff was. They were both bright and cheerful and happy to help me. When they were out of something I wanted, she immediately called the closest store to see if they had it, and they did. That's great service! I walked out with a smile on my face because both things I bought were on sale! Northern, you better hang on to these employees! I'll be back!”
