Giving a shout-out to H&O Restoration in Denton, TX. Hector and his team got my Nitro repaired and it didn't take 3 weeks like Caliber Collison claimed. Took my vehicle by for a estimate on Monday, dropped off check for parts on Tuesday. Parts were painted and ready on Friday. Dropped off vehicle on Monday and it was ready Tuesday afternoon. Picked up vehicle Wednesday morning. If you need a vehicle repaired after an accident in the Denton area, give H&O Restoration a call. Caliber got folks waiting 2-3 weeks for an appointment and then holding their vehicles hostage for another 2-3 weeks. Caliber rep actually had the gall to tell me that I should just borrow another vehicle. Double (middle finger emoji) Caliber!

They did a great job with my Elantra! A very reasonable price and they only took a week, other places had 3x the cost in 3x the time.I hope I don't have to, but if something happens I'm definitely calling these guys first!

Hector and Oli, you guys are so awesome! My car got hit by another driver who was not paying attention on Thursday morning. While I waited for a tow-truck to come,I called around to body shops in the area to see how quickly I could get my car fixed. Most of the places I called told me 3 to 4 weeks. That was not going to work for me because I live in Kansas. When I called these guys, Oli told me as soon as the insurance company approved the claim,they would be able to start right away. I did not call any other shops. The next morning,true to his word,they took a LOT of photos and sent them in. Before leaving for the weekend, Hector told me he would probably check up on me on Saturday as I was sleeping in my car and didn`t have a lot of money. The next day, he and his wife stopped by and dropped off enough food for a family of 4 to have a picnic! The next day, Will, another member of the crew, stopped by and offered to take me to breakfast. Unbelievable right? Anyway, the insurance company pulled the trigger on the claim and Monday morning they got right to it. The next thing I knew, parts start comming in and going back on my car. These guys are so professional they made it look like anyone could do it. I assure you they cannot. Never before have I seen such a high level of professionalism mixed with a true concern for their fellow man. Hats off to all of you guys for being who you are! Shout out to Hector and Oli,you guys are kill`in it. Shout out to Will for driving me around on your own dime. A big shout out to the paint crew for all you did. God bless all of you and may success light your every step!

I haven't had any work done with them YET (Hopefully in the near future), but I had problems with my truck and they allowed me to leave my truck with them so the mechanic next to them could work on it when they could. They could have easily said no. Good people are hard to come by these days.
