My Mom's Oxygen Concentrator went out "again" and no one is answering. Unbelievable Extremely poor service! Do Not recommend!!! Looking for a reputable and reliable Company!

TMC on Main St in Denison is absolutely the best. I was in need of a knee cruiser (scooter) . My mom and I went to the store on October 18th and spoke to Trina. She put a scooter together and let me try it out while she called my insurance to confirm that it would be a covered item and that they were in network. Next she called my physician to get the required office notes faxed to go with their claim for payment. Since I've met my OOP for the year there was no cost to me. She showed me how to make any necessary adjustments regarding height of handle bars, knee pad height and how to lay the handle bar down for storage and remove basket if needed. We were there less than an hour. Trina even took the scooter to the car and loaded it for us. This is an EXCELLENT facility with EXCELLENT staff. They also have a delivery service if you don't want to wait on your insurance or doctor to get them the necessary information to process your claim. Thanks so much! You guys are the best! Trina was awsome!

The process for approval is slow. Communication is poor. Sleep study was ordered in February, poor communication and lost orders from my doctor pushed my sleep study to July 13. It is now the end of August and I'm still waiting on a call back from Pam about an APAP Machine. This whole process with TMC was slow with poor communication.

I have bad asthma and use a nebulizer in emergency situations. I've used one for years, but I somehow lost the mouth piece to it. No one's fault but mine, but I needed to be able to breathe. I called around, got recommended to here. Then was told I need a prescription for the PLASTIC mouth piece? I have the medicine and the machine, why would I pay to go to the doctor AGAIN just to get a new mouth piece? I can order a new one online from Walmart for $9 so you can't act like its required to have a prescription. But if I order it, then I won't get it for another 2 days. So even though the thing that could save my life is literally down the street, I'm forced to wait.Definitely not a good feeling from this place so this will be my first and only time going to yall.

I've been here twice. Once was a few years ago when I needed a walker. The people who worked there at the time were super friendly and helpful. I had to go there a few days ago. It was all different staff, and they were so rude. I broke one of my ankles, and sprained the other one. So, I was needing a wheelchair. We asked if they could go out to our car with a wheelchair to help me into the store. They refused. So, I went in using crutches. I took a seat, and we talked to one of the ladies about a wheelchair. She proceeded by telling us that the wheelchair would cost $580! We said we'd think about it. I then asked if someone could at least help me back out to the car. They flat out refused. I gave 2 stars because of the first experience with them. Otherwise, I'd give them 0 stars (if that were possible).

Woman who waited on me was great but its disappointing to find out a store that handles items for peoples beathing along with health items is closed all of Saturday. It leaves me with no choice but to not use my CPAP until I get answers on Monday. I am an RN, out in the field, available by phone whenever a patient needed me. I know you turn your phones over toTexoma ER but they had no answer for my problem so it left me with no help till Monday.
