Simply a wonderful quilting shop in beautiful downtown Denison, Texas?. We visited and shopped during the 2024 All Texas Shop Hop. We loved how organized their store was. To find fat quarters underneath the corresponding fabric bolts makes shopping for the right fabric a breeze. Ever so helpful staff made our visit enjoyable and made us feel we made some friends. Look forward to returning again next year if not sooner?

Wonderful store with beautiful examples of Quilts as Art. Helpful and experienced team to help beginners to experts. The store is beautiful and is located on Historic Main Street in Denison. Owner, Karen Riley, is delightful!

Be cautious in purchasing gift certificates from this store…they expire. I lost $150, and it doesn’t really matter how long ago my husband purchased it since it was during Covid. Because of that I put off going in person, and then the store relocated to Denton. That move made it very inconvenient for me. Now that I’m ready to make the drive, I realize my certificate has an expiration date. My husband called and talked to Judy who was not helpful at all. Not honoring my certificate feels like our $ was stolen. I’m no longer a customer at this store.

What a cute little quilting fabric shop. Nice selection of bolts, fat quarters, banners and kits. Very helpful staff in cute downtown Denison.

Love this happy place, beautiful fabrics from around the world, large selection from Australia. I took a class from Leo Ransom, and it was very enjoyable. Check it out on Historic Main Street in Denison.

The Quilt Asylum is a cute, small quilt shop in downtown Denison. It is clean and bright, cheerful inside. The 2 ladies that helped me were both kind and thoughtful. I didn't have a lot of luck finding what I was after as they only had one of the 4 current fabric lines I was looking for. I was after specifics, and that can be tricky at best. I look forward to visiting the shop again soon and having a few hours to better peruse all the fabrics and patterns and sewing aids that they have! I'm delighted that we continue to have a quilt shop here in town!
