Responsive &, helpful. I had to extend my U-Haul van rental from 3 days to 7 days. Thankfully, they were able to accommodate me.

Although the original vehicle I rented was not available the day I needed it (an 8' truck because it had issues), the front desk lady was so helpful getting me another vehicle to get my dad's Father's Day gift! I appreciate how willing she was to help me out and to find a new solution!

This has been one of the worst storage units I’ve ever used. From the first day I got my until all the way till the last day. When I came looking for a storage they only had the biggest ones available so that’s what I had to purchase, that’s fine, but also the storage unit did have bed frames and trash and more furniture inside of it that I had to take to the trash. A few months pass & fast forward to the process of moving out, this facility had charged my card and it was never authorized by the card holder, the workers never even informed me of charging the card at all. Workers stated that you are NOT allowed to throw any trash in their dumpster, despite the dumpsters always being full with trash and furniture all around it. During the process of getting my money refunded the office ladies STATED that they would be “waiting a few days” to refund my money because they didn’t want to refund it yet, they decided to keep some of my money so I did not receive a full refund! These ladies that work up here have been very unhelpful and disrespectful, coming out while I am loading my items on to a trailer trying to give us a hard time every day. Worst storage unit I’ve ever had to deal with!!
