My main complaint is their misrepresentation of dog toys. Don't stuff the dollar bin with toys that are priced $9 once you get to the register. I picked up 2 toys thinking I found such a bargain. I rang them up and one was $8 & the other was $9. I called a clerk over to tell her the issue and she said she couldn't do anything about it. I told her I didn't think that was walmarts policy and she shrugged her shoulders. I did not get anything for my puppy because I don't know what is actually a dollar and I'm not about to run back and forth to find out. Please do better walmart. This wasn't good customer service.

They don't have a key to the glass cases. Horrible they told me they would find it 30 minutes later I had to go ask again. I asked 6 different people.

I tend to avoid Wal Mart at all cost, in any town, at any time. While visiting my father, I have to stop in Wal Mart to pick up a few items that aren't easy to find anywhere else in Del Rio, (Mrs. Baird's donuts), specific sodas, and the large size boxes of cereals. Early weekday morning is the best time to go in, get your stuff and get out. The few times I've gone in, the men stocking shelves and refilling freezers always say hello, which is a nice touch. If you know what you're looking for, it's not such a death wish of a trip. The few times I've needed help finding items, I was helped by friendly associates. Did I mention carrot cake? It's my weakness, and while not the best, Wal Mart has it, so that makes any trip bearable.

Am i glad for Walmart! I picked up this great salad yesterday and am eating it today! It has this handy dandy tray( i will use for a paint color mixer) which is filled with bits of grilled chicken, blue cheese and nuts and raisins and cranberries! Also the salad is spring greens not just iceberg! It's Taylor Farms apple & walnut with grilled chicken and a tasty vinaigrette! It was super!! ( my husband had the cobb- who knew i could get him to eat a salad for lunch on Saturday!!)

Came in for a tire rotation, no balance, just a 10 minute rotation. 2 hours later, after being put behind 2, 4 tire changes I AM STILL WAITING. When I questioned why, I was told vehicles are done in the order they come. Logic would be to take care of the customer who only needs 10 minutes of work, not make the customer wait hours. No common sense, no customer service, never buy tires at Del Rio Walmart unless you have plenty of time to wait for them to do 10 minutes of work. Also, at check in, if it's going to be 2 hours TELL THE CUSTOMER before you make them wait. I would have came back at a later date had I been told.

Went here for a simple oil change. They filled the tires which was included in the service. Not even 10 minutes down the road and had a tire blow out. Checked the psi myself after and found another tire to be overfilled. Management was no help whatsoever. They opened an "investigation" and never called me back. Would not reccomend coming here for auto service at all. The rest of the store had friendly staff. Everyone in the auto department didn't seem to care at all or want to help from the start. Boooo. Jessie Espinosa had probably the worst customer service skills I've ever seen.

Service is terrible . Being from out of town I was expecting some Texas hospitality but I guess not . Ms. Rachel in electronics was very rude. I'm was waiting in line first but she decided to help everyone else. Not a very happy customer.

Meh, just like any other Walmart you'll visit across this great country of ours. The interior and the parking lot are identical to any other Walmart. Pro Tip: don't try and drive near the front of the store. The pedestrians are SLOOOOOWWW and traffic sucks at this locale. Instead, park far away from the entrance and walk a bit - it's not gonna kill you - even though it's hotter than hades out here!

Worst service I've ever seen in my life. Standing in line in the auto section behind somebody checking out with groceries. Only one cash register working. Second cash register had a lady leaning on it not even making an attempt to help anybody. I politely left my products walked out and I probably will never be back to Walmart in Delrio again.

We always try to stop at Walmart when we are traveling and need supplies. This was a great location as we could walk over from our hotel. The store was clean and well stocked and reasonable prices.

I am from California and the managers at the Walmart's in my town could take a lesson from this store! This store is spotless! The people say hello and are friendly. The shelves are stocked and clean. The floor is spotless. The bathroom is cleaner than any I have ever seen. People are helpful and ask if I have found everything. I am amazed. I would love for this store to be in my neighborhood! Good Job!
