I use to really like this store, it been getting worst in the last 3 yrs. But today was the last draw. I went in said good morning (1st) to the pharmacist helper in pharmacy. No other customers around. She didn't respond I said good morning again(2nd). And she just looked at me, like she never heard the words before. I again said good morning (3rd), no greetings huh? She just said how can I help you. My thought was "Wow". Oh okay.....
I processed to tell her I had my insurance that seemed not to be on file which seemed strange. They had it before. I got my prescriptions and left. I looked at the prescriptions in the parking lot and noticed one missing. I drove thru to the window same person said we didn't have it and we do have the generic. I said okay when will you have it? She responded we can have it Tuesday. I said fine. But why was it not discussed when she was billing me for the other prescriptions. These people just don't care.
Also calling the pharmacy is useless they hang up on you or just put you on hold.

Jacqueline is the best manager i’ve ever seen at this location !! , she’s super helpful ??she knows how to prioritize customer service and she always goes above and beyond. You will always see her helping unlike others when i’ve been here. This walgreens would be rated a 1 star without her. Employees like her don’t come around often. I’ll be greatly appreciated to come here because of Jacqueline.

Today's not a good day for customer service for the pharmacy department. I was on hold for 1 hour and 13 minutes and was cut off. I chat with the online messaging no luck. I w.as charged to have prescriptions delivered and am being told by messaging to pick them up. No help is available unless you go up in person. In which I'm at work until 7 pm....To bad I can't share the on hold screen shot.

Bad customer at the pharmacy. Pharmacist are in bad mood and they take for ever to fill my prescriptions I had to come 3 times in a day and they still didn’t have it ready until the next day it is ridiculous…. The only that was nice and able to help was Erick the pharmacist

Ever since the 8th of November 2023 I've been trying to get my meds refilled. I called placed my refill thru automatic and was told to hold on for pharmacy rep. A male answered. Said what ca I help you with. I said I was told to hold on just put refills in. Didn't say a word just clicked. Called back hung up on 4 times. Preceeded to call thru out the week . We'll it's the 18th. No high blood pressure med because the only help I received was thru the automatic service. And that computer was more respectful than the rep. Ok 17th walked in to complain to the manager she ignored me and took a phone call. Go to the pharmacy. Blessing. The temporary pharmacist a Golden blonde and white. Caucasian woman thar was soooo nice and apologized for . She was just stepping to help and was the o lying one there with no help. Bless her to be in that environment. I go on to say . Walgreens on master and lake june is a wonderful store. It's the managers and employees that's giving it a bad reputation. The building is fine its THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE.

Brenda is a terrible manager. Waited forever for some allergy medication that was locked away. Apparently helping customers is beneath her and locking herself up in the office is what she prefers to do while being employed here. Had to chase someone down after a while. The employee wasn’t surprised when I mentioned she looked at me dead in my face and walked away to the back
