I've been getting a specialty prescription medication from them for the past 5 years. They even FedEx overnight the prescription in a cooler with ice since it needs to be kept refrigerated.

Other than the very limited business hours (8:30am-5pm with a 30 min. lunch break), I love this Walgreens Community. If only they could be open anytime I am not at work, that would be a bonus. As it is, I have to get prescriptions shipped to my home, or my husband has to leave work to pick them up. Otherwise, the staff is all amazing, doing whatever they can to get my specialty meds at the best price. I appreciate that they always call before they return rxs to the back stock.

Walgreens Website incorrectly says they are open today when sign on the door and phone recording (confusingly) say they are closed for Memorial Day week. These folks are very nice ... when they are open.

The pharmacy did not contact/notify me about restocking a prescription that was covered on my recently expired plan. They restock a Rx after 12 days. A work trip and schedule did not allow me to pick up in this timeframe. They restocked the prescription that was 100% covered by insurance. Once it's restocked, they need to call it back in, but the plan was terminated at that time, taking my out of pocket cost from $0 to $360. This all could have easily been avoided with a simple direct communication of restocking purpose/notice.

I’m sick and needed prescriptions filled. Nothing was being done so I called the pharmacy and they said there were insurance problems and they also didn’t have the medicine in stock. Why they couldn’t bother to call and inform me of this HOURS ago is beyond me but now I’m not getting my medicine tonight because of them.Thank you for adding to the stress I 100% needed.

I always call up to confirm multiple times that my refills are ready but when I arrive there is always an excuse as to why they need more time (usually a couple of days). Why tell me it’s ready for pickup then when I drive over there it’s not ready? This has happened multiple times.They never contact me about refills, I always have to call them up and keep asking for updates. If I don’t call (usually 2-3 times per month) then they don’t ever reach out (even though I always ask them to).
