Writing this review because this pharmacy is awful. It's been 4 months that my prescriptions take at least two weeks to be filled. I've been trying to be patient but then customer service is awful as well. I have to either be on the phone for 2 hours or wait in line for a long time, sometimes more than hour, for them to tell me that oh now your prescription is ready. They seem to have an awful system. It's always behind schedule on the app and they have treated me very poorly when I asked if something is going. They don't take any responsibility on the wasted time.
This picture is of a prescription that's been sitting for 2 weeks. And I really don't feel like dealing with them anymore. Avoid this pharmacy, they're truly awful. Other Walgreens work so much better. Also the pharmacist is very rude and never gives you a reason to why you wait so long for the prescription to be ready. They're always behind schedule. I would give zero stars if I could.

If I Could Give Zero Stars I Would. The Pharmacy Here Sucks Now. Lack Of Communication. Seems As If They Just Hired Anybody. Always Long Wait Lines. Drive Through. Phone. Even When You Walk In. I Will Be Further Escalating This Issue By Reporting Them To Higher Authorities!

Horrible service. Waited all day for a simple 7 day antibiotic. Waited an hour in line to pick it up.

Overnight manager by the name of (hope) wouldn’t let me in the store with 10 minutes left before closing to quickly grab some toilet paper. I had to drive about 5 miles to the next nearest store while my wife waited at home on the toilet. Horrible experience.

Gyle, the manager shouldn’t be anything that involves talking to people. Extremely rude and didn’t even know the policies that the Walgreens website have. Oh and he was too busy eating Cheetos that he had to walk off from our conversation. Make sure to clean your fingers before you get back to work. If you ever do

I honestly don't think It's a trustworthy location. Be ready to deal with passive aggressive personnel that frequently mess you over.
I've been using them for probably 20 years but the service is in DECLINE. They always try to force my 30 quantity prescription to 90, even when I'm just trying to figure out if a medicine will work.
When my doctor changed my medicine because I had a bad reaction to the other one I was stuck in insurance limbo for a week. I'm asking questions, calling multiple times and they keep saying, we don't know even though they have ALL of my prescription history.
I called my insurance, got it resolved in 15 minutes and then they still didn't have the medicine ready even though they said it's ready we just need your insurance issue resolved so wait 20 more minutes... It's been a week!

Had an apt for vaccines through my employer they called this location to confirm they had them, after the gentleman at the front confirmed the vaccines I needed, I waited. After waiting OVER 30 minutes for what should have been 2 quick vaccines, I am told they don’t even have the vaccines I am needing. Completely unprofessional to have me waiting over 30 minutes to tell me I wasted my time because yall didn’t have the vaccines yall confirmed when I initially got there.

The store is good, but the pharmacy at night cuts out at least a half hour before closing. So if you can't get your medicine during the day, have it sent elsewhere. I was on the phone "on hold" for 30 minutes and they closed while I was on hold. Terrible..

Pharmacy is supposed to open at 9am both the pharmacy and pharmacy tech walked through the building at 9am & still had to clock in plus set up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Yup I’m fed up with this Walgreens pharmacy. They keep giving you the run around. I’m starting to think there canceling prescriptions on purpose, and when we call or go up there they will act clueless why it happened.

horrible. had an emergency prescription sent here for my puppy and could not get them to answer the phone for 2 hours. i got through to someone once who put me on hold immediately before the call was disconnected. how is this acceptable business practice?
