This was a pretty good shop that had a rewards program. One day the owner decided to discontinue their rewards program and my $30 worth of credits just disappeared. I still get text messages offering 15% purchases but when I go in to redeem it I am told they won't honor it.

The customer service was friendly but subpar. She obviously didn’t want to be at work. But the reason for the low review is their prices are outrageous. I’ve been vaping after quitting smoking for about 4 years and have been going to The Glass House for many years and I came here because it was more convenient today and I purchased the same product here for $24 that I’ve been religiously purchasing for years at The Glass House for $17. Cute shop, convenient location, but ridiculous prices.
