I love this shop! I’ve been coming here since I was 17, and even when years go by between visits, the service is always exceptional. The mechanics are highly knowledgeable and thorough, always test-driving the car after repairs to ensure everything is perfect. The service here is outstanding, and I always recommend it to others. The owner is straightforward and committed to making sure customers get their money’s worth, which gives me great trust in this shop. I don’t mind the cost because the mechanics always know exactly what to look for and will inform you if there are any additional issues. I will continue to come here for repairs and highly recommend this place to anyone.

Mr. Han, is very knowledgeable & explains the problem, work, and will always let you know BEFORE the work begins. Been a customer for years, now on vehicle #3. Fair pricing on parts with warranties and labor. You will need to leave your vehicle for a few days but it's worth it to have it done right!

I sent someone here because I’ve been before and they ripped them off. Would not show the receipt for the part they bought, in fact refused to show her the cost of her repairs. Very shady and untransparent. It wasn’t more than 100 anywhere online and they charged an addition 100 for the same part just cause. So 400 for a 300 dollar job. I won’t be back because I referred a friend here and trusted them to be consistent instead they ripped her off.

They told me my labor would be 200 dollars and the part was 200 dollars and then I realized the part was only 80 online So I asked them for a recipe for the parts because I knew they were being shady and they would not give me a recipt showing me what the parts cost.I was litterally dreading going to a machanic because I know how they treat women. This place is the same buy your own part of you go with these people because they’re liars.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The woman that is in the customer service part talking to the customers is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! If you go here I recommend talking to someone else if you want to avoid slapping her in the mouth

Wow, Huong and his team are amazing. When BMW Dallas told me repairs would cost $7,000, I my trusted auto body guy next door, Tony from Titan Collision, who his trusted BMW mechanic is and without hesitation he told me V V Auto repair. This alleged $7k repair ended up only costing $1,400. Huong wants what is best for his customers, only fixing what is needed and charges a fair price for it. I can't recommend V V enough.

I went in the shop to see if my car could be looked at And the lady at the desk was very rude. I explained what I needed & she said "you're gonna have to wait we have a lot of customers already waiting" with an attitude. I will never try this place again

The folks at VV automotive are simply wonderful!! They do great work and are extremely honest which is huge!!! I've tried them for years.
