Darren I'm writing this review so that everyone know to avoid this place. My wife called and spoke with Will who said he had the Toyota Corolla XSE in stock. My wife told me to leave work and go get the car. I called and spoke with Will who confirmed he had the car. I drove down and they don't have it. It was a bait and switch. He waisted my time, my wife's time and my 5 year old daughter who was excited to get our new car.

DO NOT under any circumstances deal with this company. They have shady and unlawful business practices with zero accountably . Rosa was my salesperson. Rosa told me the warranty I was buying and the specifics of the warranty when I was buying the car . So I brought the car and promised warranty that in words "covers everything expect the battery for three years or 36,000 more miles" for 3,000$. Turns out the warranty I was actually sold doesn't cover what I promised, it doesn't cover anything. Even when was signing the paperwork she assured me that the warranty covered everything and I would be good. 6 months later the 2020 car with 60,000 miles has engine issues and wont turn on . I found out I was not sold the warranty I was promised . I have no idea why they would do this me. Now I don't have a running car, car payments and a bogus warranty. I just put down 4,000$ 6 months ago when I brought the car . I would have paid whatever price to get the proper coverage. They could have sold me what they promised. I would never buy a car without engine coverage. I have no idea why I was lied to and tricked. Just pure greed and deceitful practices . I was specifically told I would be sold something I was not . I have all of Rosa's promises in writing through texts when I was in sales buying process. They refuse to do anything to help me or take any accountability. This a cruel and despicable way to customers. They have no human decency. Im a school teacher who works hard to save every penny. No one deserves to be treated this way . I will be taking them to court and suing . As well as reaching out to the local news stations and filing complaints. If anyone is thinking about buying from them please don't

I sold my car here and the sales person told me the check would come in 5-7 days and it has been 2 WEEKS, it's extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time and I am unsatisfied with their service, I have a lawyer on standby incase the check for my vehicle does not come in, this is unfair and unacceptable

I purchased my vehicle in January and still do NOT have my registration papers or license plate. I am on my second temp tags and they expire in 4 days without anyone from the dealership contacting me back. The reason you ask? They sold this vehicle to me without a title after lying saying they had one. This isn't all. In my paperwork they wrote to owe me a second key that I had to harass them for 1.5 months. The manager told me while I was asking where it was that he didn't have to give it to me that he had a month to get it to me and after that it was null and void. Who would want to do business with a place like this?? RUN!!!!

We were more than ready to buy a new car after a week or visiting about 3 dealerships and was told that we were going to be given the best price because 'we want cars off the lot'. The quote ended up being stunningly well over MSRP with more than $6000 in added fees! They even declined to honor Toyota's special financing rate being advertised online. In the end, the manager basically ridiculed for our 'impossible' asking price and instead given an unsolicited lecture in sales tactics. We ended up buying the same model the very next day for our asking price, special financing rate and no ridiculous fees in the several thousands of dollars! There are plenty of dealerships out there. Please avoid this one if you don't want to be ripped off.

If I could leave a negative 5 I would. I dealt with Manny one of the sales managers there in used cars departments and I have never dealt with such horrible dismissive aholes in my life. If you are a young female avoid this place at all cost. They will treat you like such an idiot and give you the run around it's not even funny. I bought a certified used car from them that needed the windshield replaced. They replaced it with no complimentary vehicle, no receipt to tell me what they did to the car, and shrugged literally shrugged their shoulders when I asked what was done. This will be my 5th visit up there to fix this brand new car and they could careless about the miles and gas I'm wasting to deal with an issue that should have been handled the first time around. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

My review is specific to my first time experience the service department yesterday. My assigned service advisors, Nacho and Israel, went above and beyond throughout what was a very challenging day at Toyota of Dallas. They were wonderful, everything else was not. I came in for routine maintenance and ended up having to get my battery replaced. Totally fine but it took over two hours. When I received my car back, a bunch of warning lights were flashing on my dashboard and my tire pressure light was on -- none of these lights were there when I brought it in that morning. My service advisor Nacho had already gone to lunch, so I was passed around to multiple other advisors who brushed me off, didn't believe me, or outright dismissed my concerns. I even sat in the service drop-off dock for 15 minutes trying to fix it myself with my car manual because no one took me seriously or genuinely tried to help. After asking for help a FOURTH time, Israel, another advisor, stepped in, took me seriously, and brought the car back in to actually take a look. And once Nacho returned from lunch he immediately took over. Turns out my vehicle was not calibrated correctly when they replaced the battery, messing up all of my safety features, which means I had to shell out another several hundred dollars to fix it. Nacho was extremely apologetic and tried to make up for it where he could...but it was NOT his fault. The fact that the dealership tried to give me back a car that was obviously malfunctioning and THREE separate service advisors dismissed these real concerns is completely unacceptable. They risked my safety and the safety of other drivers on the road. So hundreds of dollars and five+ hours after the start of my original appointment, my car was finally ready a second time...and the tire pressure light was STILL ON. Israel immediately jumped in and it was taken care of, but he should not have had to do that! The lack of oversight and care within the maintenance teams actually working on the vehicles, the porters who bring the vehicle to the customer, and the advisors (minus Israel and Nacho) was astounding. I want to reiterate that all things considered, I had a great experience with both Israel and Nacho. I am grateful to Israel for doing job and taking the initiative that was obviously lacking among the other advisors working at the time. And to Nacho for immediately taking over once he was back and aware of what was going on. But unfortunately, I can't say I trust anyone else at Toyota of Dallas to do their jobs or take care of my vehicle. These two advisors are the sole reason I even gave two stars.

This place is terrible. In no other place in life do you have to buy a +$40,000 to +80,000 car from a 2.0 rated dealer. I live 45 minutes away and the only way I was able to check prices and confirm vehicle availability was if I drove to the dealership. After coming in, they told me that the vehicle was in high demand and so it was two weeks out. Toyota of Burleson has an average 4.0 starred review. If these guys aren't doing it, definitely look into the one in Burleson. I purchased my 2024 Rav4 xle hybrid for $37,000 out the door for reference. Also notice how the dealership is trying to have good PR by sending canned responses to bad reviews. No one is going to message a random email that clearly never gets looked at. They are just never going to come back and go build a relationship with a different dealership.

Unprofessionalism with Potential Discrimination shown thru employee favoritism. I had a very disappointing experience at Toyota of Dallas that left me feeling uneasy and questioning their management's behavior. I initially spoke with a salesman named Antonio who assured me that he could trade in my Tesla Model 3 dual motor performance for $42,000. However, I found him to be extremely inattentive and distracted at times (like a Virgin in a gentleman's club) with others when he should have been unquestionably focused on the deal in front of him (me). I left the interaction in search of a greater customer experience (low bar) and better deal (even lower bar). Only two days later, upon return, I encounter another sales agent named Jolly whom possessed an amazingly stark contrast in color, culture and professionalism (Excellence!) from Antonio. With the supervision of management - them NOT recognizing me from only a couple days prior - and given the very same factors, the offer revealed to me exposed a potential glimpse into more concerning issues. Upon meeting Jolly - a happy, go-lucky, good energy salesman who is admirably and obviously a transparent and authentic salesman - I noticed that the management appeared uninterested and inattentive. To my surprise, Jolly was informed by management that they would only offer me $35,000 for my trade-in, completely disregarding the previous agreement of $42,000 that Antonio had offered just days before. It was clear that the management had conveniently forgotten the higher offer. After negotiations, the final trade-in offer I received was a mere $39,500 for my Tesla, a significant $2,500 less than what was originally offered by Antonio whose location was only 3" and a desk away. This inconsistency and lack of communication between employees and management raised suspicions and left a reasonably sour taste in my mouth. Now, I'm not quick to jump to conclusions or label someone or an organization as racist or nepotistic without substantial evidence. It is possible that Antonio acted unprofessionally rogue by just assuming the value of my vehicle, leading to the initial offer discrepancy. However, this incident could also indicate a more systemic issue within the dealership itself--one that could perpetuate discrimination or unfair treatment. Regardless of the underlying reasons, I ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere and found another dealership that provided me with a fantastically far superior deal (10k more miles yet $13k less), highlighting the stark contrast in customer service, willingness to feel fairly and professionalism. As a customer, I am concerned about their fairness in dealing and professionalism; as a citizen of humanity I am concerned about their equality practices.
