I love The Village, such a nice place to leave!I moved here one month ago and for now I’m very satisfied about the neighborhood, it’s quiet and peaceful, clean and plenty of nature. My dog also is enjoying it, he loves the nature around, running at the dog park and of course hunting squirrels! :DThe only thing I don’t like too much is that the dog park is often closed when it’s raining and it remains closed for many days, such a shame. The apartments are a bit old, but everything seems to work well.Besides this, I think I made the right choice. Amenities are great and the office staff is really friendly and always ready to help.Maintenance also is very fast and attentive, if you have a problem in the apartment they fix it really quickly.

I lived here for 2 years and it was a great experience. The staff were super friendly, especially Tynethia and Lynn! Maintenance requests were always handled within a day or 2, and the community was well kept. Would recommend ??

I am in my 2nd yr here, the apts at the Bend East are very dated, rent is a tish to high for what you get… that outta the way, it’s the people in the Bend office that kept me here! They will bend (lol) over backwards to assist if they can. Maintenance is always a priority, the maintenance team is quick to respond, they are knowledgeable and competent. One of the maintenance team even caught my dog when he tried to escape! He did it even though he is afraid of dogs!!! The property amenities through out the Village are also compelling enough to keep me here. I really do love it here.

I stayed at the bend for 2 years and enjoyed every minute. It's close to the lakes, wag dog park, and the center of the village. I moved on but would desire recommend living at the bend if your looking for a lower priced apartment with lots of amenities!

I recently moved to an apartment here with a soft floor roof issue. I could hear lot of creaking and noises from my neighbors above due to their soft floor and called for maintenance. I spoke to Eric and the team quickly completed the work of modifying the floor for apartment above (3 day job). Eric was on top of it, gave me constant updates and helped me with the request. Top notch support.

Worst management ever!! it seems like management has time to respond to Google reviews but doesn’t have time to address the issue. The tenants are very loud and selfish. The tenant above me she doesn’t sleep. She’s constantly dropping things at the middle of the night, opening and closing drawers not sure what she’s looking for. Moving around does not sleep! She stomped the floor like a horse. When I called the village of blend, they advised that I have to call somebody else and final report in order for them to do their protocol! it makes no sense. Somebody at management should go and speak to the tenant and tell them to stop making noise! They are good at increasing rate and not fixing anything, but horrible service will not be renewing my lease again! Way overcharged.

I have found very little peace at Village Bend; I lived there for 2 years and was met with some of the sassiest and most passive aggressive customer service I have ever been exposed to. This will be a long review detailing the constant letdowns I have experienced at the Bend. The first incident that warned me of the lack of quality at the Bend was the vicious stray dog that attacked my dog and myself. This was directly outside the leasing office in the parking lot. This left both myself and my dog physically and emotionally scarred. To keep on the dog trend, dogs are constantly off leash and there is p*** filled dog waste bags all around the Bend.Switching back to the customer service side of things, work orders that had some mild inconvenience to them were never able to be performed. I emailed to get documented confirmation that they were unwilling to help me. Then all of a sudden there was a “miscommunication” and that work order was actually able to be completed. I believe I got on the wrong side of some of the Bend employees, because I would ask about and do my research in my lease on certain things. And because of this I was almost always met with a level of sass and disdain from all the employees. The summer always brought a wave of bugs, usually harmless enough bugs like grasshoppers and millipedes but this year also brought cockroaches. I even saw giant ones floating in the pool. After several visits by pest control, the cockroaches were still everywhere. I must conclude the Bend simply didn’t do pest spraying around the complex. I pity the next person who moves into my old apartment. And that brings me to the move out process. I had to wait until almost 20 days before the end of my lease to receive my renewal notice and new lease amount. Even though my lease states I should receive it at minimum of 30 days before the end of my lease. Also, they are making me responsible for almost $400 to replace the carpet that was already heavily used, and they are also charging me $115 because I didn’t clean the oven, only the oven. For a 50+ year old apartment complex, with basic appliances, horrible customer service, and annual bug problems, it simply is not worth the sky-high price of a Bend apartment.
