I have lived at The Jordan for the last two years and can say without a doubt it's been the best apartment experience I've ever had.Sam, Hana and Brian at the front desk are incredibly friendly, kind and supportive. They have totally had my back and made me feel so safe and welcomed at The Jordan. The property manager Jordan Hames is super knowledgeable and made the move in/out process seamless. I couldn't recommend The Jordan more. Thanks for everything!!

As a carrier for Amazon, delivering here at the Jordan is now a breeze. Bryan the manager, created a system for us carriers that makes both of our jobs so easy. I am able to get to my next stop quickly and finish my route faster, because of the system that is now put in place thanks to Bryan. No more having to go up and down the elevator door to door. Work smarter not harder.

The staff is very personable and professional at all times doing their best to manage the residence. This review is a special callout to the concierge Manager for his time and attention to meet residential requests and is always engaging, supportive, and follows through to connect or complete requests.

The people running this place should quit their jobs and do something else. They are so incompetent that it can take them months to get minor stuff fixed. The gym has been dysfunctional for 3 months, 1 of the 2 elevators were out of order for 4 months. Why manage an apartment complex if you don’t have the management skills?

Bryan, the front desk manager, is irreplaceable! He's always ready to lend a hand and goes out of his way to make living here a breeze. With his friendly attitude and helpful nature, Bryan goes above and beyond to make living here as enjoyable and safe as possible. The Jordan is exceptional, thanks to Bryan!

Property is not well run at all. Management is a joke and avoids addressing issues and hides. Guaranteed one elevator and the the parking gate will be broken for half the year. Lots of spam reviews from apartment locaters (paid commission to get people to move in)

I moved into the Jordan a few months ago, and every day I am reminded of what a great decision that was. The concierge staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help out in any way they can; this is a place where they know you by name! Thank you to Bryan, Sam, and Hana for making the Jordan such a warm and welcoming place to live!

I’ve been a resident of the Jordan for almost three years. The concierge team is phenomenal. Brian, Sam, Hanna, and Jamal are always there to help with whatever residents need or to chat after a long day. Could not be more thankful for them.

I called Bryan (Concierge) to let him know I called someone to clean out my air ducts because I was having bad allergies even though I changed the air filter. The person I called found some sort of green residue in my unit. Bryan immediately called Anthony (maintenance manager) to cut it out and spray it with a disinfectant. This all happened within a span of 10 minutes. The customer service at this apartment complex is superb. Highly recommend these folks if you want to spend the extra money for a luxury apartment in Uptown Dallas.

Bryan the concierge manager is amazing, making me look forward every time I go to the Jordan. Needless to say all the staff is amazing!!!
