They have now devolved into lying to people to steal their money. Their webpage says they have apartments available, so you fill out an online application and pay your fees, only for them to email you saying there are no apartments available and keep your $75.

The place is infested with roaches. My a/c and heater doesn’t work and no matter how many requests I put it they have yet to fix it. They state a storm damaged the fireplaces and they are going to remove them, but they just cover it with boards and move people in.

Dirty apts, pool disgusting, cooling mediocre, doesn’t cool at all, roaches are very where even if you’re meticulously clean. Go elsewhere even if you have to pay a bit more. This place is horrendous.
