We were looking for US and Texas flags, but unfortunately they were sold out. We got 3 used Texas flags in great condition for free instead, while she (unnecessarily) apologized. Such a sweet lady. Great service and hospitality. Will definitely pay her a visit again next time i'm in Texas again.

Small, discreet store that has a surprising amount of options, especially with the World Cup in full spring. Easy to find what I wanted and the employee was pleasant. Greatly recommend if you're in a hurry to find a flag.

Buyer Beware: 5 Months and the order is still not complete! Paid UP for a 20' Flag Pole install, eagle topper and 5x8 flag. The Flag Pole was installed Aug 29th and sat until October 21st waiting on the Eagle Topper and flag. Still no flag. Poor communications, follow through and follow up. IF the excuses of "supply chain" issues were true, that could easily have been resolved with customer service and communication. I do not recommend this company and would NOT contract with them for any services. Note that this company also goes by name Flag Systems DFW.

I have been buying flags at this store for years. We have one for each state we have visited and one for each country. We counted up 27 country flags that we have visited. Great store and they have good candy.

Great small business with big capabilities. Can make customs flags and have a large variety of stock items. Stop by here before looking online for flags and decals.

I placed an order in January 2021. I finally had to go into the store and pick up two flags after I did not receive a call back, or a return email. After several more attempts to call and find out if my third flag has arrived, I have not received a call or return email. This is poor customer service.

I have been a customer for at least 15 years. The owners mother sold me the largest American Flag to be had and made me a hero with my employer. Once I needed several flags for my Missing Man Table. They had them. Great place, great people, and great service. Highly recommend.
