I was approved for an apartment..I picked out apartment size and I and I think her name was Vanessa showed me two apartments. Both apartments had under working a/c systems leaving the apartment at 80. Vanessa said that she would have it fixed and to come back the next week to complete my paperwork so I did so. On arrival the nest week I asked her if the apartment was ready for me she said yes, I asked to see it first. The apartments a/c was still in the same condition so she offers another apartment. I went to view another apartment available a few days later that I was told was ready to rent and once again another lie told, the apartment needed welding work done for the balcony as the rail was hanging and disconnected from the building and needed to be cleaned and a few cosmetic problems. I waited a week while Ariel I think the manager lady name was advised me they could not hold my application ( I paid 150 for) any longer. I notified Ariel that who rents and completes paperwork on a unfit apartment, only a desperate person makes unprofessional decisions like that. She became upset and ask was I going to rent any of azul unfit apartment and "if I did not" she was not going discard my application. I believe Azul apartment employees are in violation of deceptive rental tactics and unprofessional business like actions against consumers like myself under a violations of the "Consumer Protection Act" and need to be brought to justice for these injustices. I've spoke to others that agree that Azul associates have regularly impose these acts on the less fortunate of society.
I still have not received a call from Azul employees, mainly Ariel to apologize and to rectify avoidable issues that have effected me, but they rather to sit and inconvenience consumers that suffer losses from there negligence and still continue to. Nothing but lies deceit and decwptional tactics.

I love the Azul applying was a breeze. Moving in was even easier I love the security they provide I feel safe being here. I love that everything is accessible and that it’s easy access to 635. The staff has helped me out tremendously.Thank you Azul!

I've been bringing my clients here for a long time now and they're all very happy. It's amazing working with them and the staff people is incredible.
If you see any bad reviews be careful because the pictures won't even match their actual units, it could be very fake. I've been there many times and the place ir more than fine :)

Shout out to the STAFF Diana, Ariel, & Vanessa & Martha they are great they came along & brightened The Azul.
They always go above and beyond with all my work orders. Anytime there is an issue they get someone to go right away. Maintenance is also very professional. This is a hidden gem on Audelia Road. Happy I made it in before its too late.
