Staff was very nice but they are obviously trained to upsell. It's really frustrating just knowing that this is going to happen. I put in a brand new air filter right before I went to have my oil changed and the young man took out the filter and told me "you can see this filter is really dirty and worn down..." C'mon! I have to wonder if this would have happened to man. So frustrating!

I went to the Mockingbird location to get a state inspection 10/8/24 between 3-4pm, I waited for 36 minutes and still not one car moved from the bays. I watched 3 other cars backup and drive away as did I.....

The staff was AMAZING! I was in a crisis with my son in the hospital and they treated me like family!
The manager came out to introduce himself and make sure I had water and kept me calm.
A million thank you's to the manager and the 2 techs!

The only reason I am leaving one star is because I can’t leave zero. I came in for an oil changed and was talked into a coolant flush. I am going out of town in a few days so I reluctantly agreed. Literal minutes after leaving, on my way to work, my car begins over heating and gives me a message that it is because of the coolant levels….bad service, and I hadn’t come here in awhile because of the way they seem to upsell to women. I tried to give them another chance today as I needed a quick oil change. I will not be returning.

The undercarriage of my VW was not properly put back on after my oil change. I drove my car the next day and it broke off while on the highway almost causing me to wreck. Now it is permanently damaged and must be replaced.

This Take 5 location is the best one in Dallas. I went to another location and they didn’t top off my fluids like they told me. I went back to the mockingbird location and they were super busy. Eli checked my vehicle on the side so I didn’t have to wait in line. He has great customer service and is very knowledgeable about vehicles.
