I applied here and Enrique was such a great help they remodeled lots of the apartments it’s a nicer place than before it was my first time ever applying at my own apartment and Enrique helped me through the whole process and made it so much less stressful!

Roach-infested, crime rampant, unhelpful office employees. My car was stolen from here and they did nothing about it, no footage from cameras, nothing. If you value your safety, sanity and hygeine, stay far away from this apartment complex.

I've been here going on 3yrs. When I first moved I did have roach problems. However after I purchased my own products, I didn't see any for awhile. However now it's completely infested, I've told management countless of times to have the building sprayed. Also the hot water barely works and that's been an ongoing issue. I can't wait until my lease is up. Don't bother even talking to management because they act as if they don't know these things and don't care at all. The property looks a mess all of sudden. They don't have maintenance on call after hours for emergency reasons. Security gate is ALWAYS broken at one point it was broken for over a year. I gave it 2 stars because in the beginning it was good but now it's gone so downhill.

These apartments are full of ROACHES! No matter how much they spray it makes the roaches worst. The roaches are so bad that the smell of poison are coming through my air vents because of my neighbors bombing their apartment. The exterminator came 3 times in one month & that still didn’t help. If u like roaches and stepping in dog poop then this is the perfect place for you!!! I put in a work order for my sink because it’s leaking they completed the work order but did not fix the sink. I can not use the right side of the sink or else water will be coming out the pipes! You can not access the Gym unless it’s during office hours. The Amazon box in the mail room is broken! This is suppose to be a gated community and the gate is always broke. ALTHOUGH THE APARTMENTS LOOK GOOD! THEY ARE RAGGEDY! Rent suppose to be between1456 and I been paying $1,789-$1,998. These apartments are not worth it!

It's supposed to be a gated communityThe gates only work 3 to 4 days out a month.This month they have not fixed them at all.My vehicle was broken into and almost stolen. I've spoken to 8 other people here and there cars were broken into also.It's not safe here.

Major roach infestation even after unit was gassed, not overnight shift friendly (no reliable way to get in touch with anyone if you work overnights), maintenence closes out work orders without even showing up.

I want to get the good things out first. The staff are generally very willing to help, and are super friendly, and the location of the complex is great, being in close proximity to a highway, supermarkets and other utilities like gas stations and laundromats. Unfortunately it's also a place where I hear gun shots more frequently than I'm comfortable with, but that's no fault of the complex, that's just Dallas.Now to the bad parts. I have been staying for almost a year now. I once got a pretty big pest infestation, roaches and all kinds of bugs crawling everywhere in my apartment. Asked for an extermination but it never resolved the problem, and I had to use my own money to buy pest control products. And even then I still have roaches hanging with me on my bed every now and then.They used to have a working Amazon locker in the mailroom, but it broke down a few months ago, and never got repaired. Because of that I had to have my packages delivered to my apartment, out in the front door. Got the packages stolen a few times. Now I have to deliver to my work place, which is significantly more inconvenient.Last on the bad things list is the gym card. I paid $20 for it with promises of permanent use, as long as it's before 11pm. I get out of work after the main office closes, which is why I bought the card, and always try to get in at around 8-8:30pm. Yet it's a dice roll on whether or not I can get into the gym. Some days the card works, some days it doesn't.If you're just starting out, either as a student or a new member of the work force, this place would fit nicely, the price is good, and the staff are great. But personally, I don't think I'll renew my lease for the next year.

The worst apartment. Infestation of roaches even though you have to pay for "pest control". It's way over priced for the condition inside and outside. No one ever answers for apartment issues. Need maintenance help? Forget it! There is trash everywhere. Getting over charged and no one will answer to explain why I'm being charged $75 for a parking spot. When it's only $25 monthly. This apartment complex is ghetto.

The rent/fees are relatively low and office staff are friendly. My unit had a roach infestation that I only resolved by getting my own professional roach control products purchased from a pest control company (the complex "sprays" for roaches but an active infestation needs way more that spraying to get the roach population down). I witnessed a few drug deals on the property. I had upstairs and downstairs neighbors that smoked weed and/or cigarettes and the smell was always getting into my apartment. After several weeks of discussing the smoking issue with management, the problem was still not solved. It got to the point where I knocked on my neighbors doors and tried to resolve the problem directly with my neighbors (which went badly). Management should have stepped in immediately and inspected the units if necessary to find out who was smoking (smoking is forbidden in the lease) all the time. Individuals in both the complex and the immediate area look very sketchy, and there are many sex offenders registered within the area. There is a large metal gate surrounding the complex, but it is constantly getting ripped open by people migrating between apartment complexes. Just when I thought I had had enough, I woke up one night to 18 rounds of rifle fire right outside my building. After going out to speak to police I saw a dead body, and was told another was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Apparently it was some type of "hit" on these two individuals. After talking with police for a bit I asked, "is it safe here? Should I move?" The answer was a firm, no not safe, and yes I would move. I used to take my dog out at night before bed. If I had been outside and witnessed the killing I might have been shot as well. Within 5 days of the murders I had movers packing my U-Haul and I was out of there. The apartment itself was nice, but if you are concerned about crime and criminals living around you, DO NOT MOVE HERE!

There are so many rats and rodents, squirrels, raccoons books from roaches ? and the AT&T said that the rodents have been eating their fiber cables for eight years now and they don’t understand how code compliance is not doing anything about it

I had high hopes for this place but its just not good. My A/C is never working , I have been trying to get pest control to my apartment for the roaches, when I moved in the carpet smelled like dog and there were pills all over the floor. Maintenance is terrible. The only reason why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because of Enrique who tries his very best to help me with my issues.

Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE place to live!! Long story but I’ll try to make it shortI moved in thinking it was a good place in a bad neighborhood. My move in day the apartment was DIRTY kitchen cabinets still had stuff in them from the old tenants. Cabinet doors DIRTY filled with grease restrooms dirty too. I submitted a complaint but they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Neighbor problems all the time tooThe SHOOTINGS are horrible a lot of the times it’s in the same complex.I paid to terminate my lease and was double billed for that OHHH AND they charge me to clean the apartment Hahahaha wow and on top of that painting it and shampoo the carpet. I was in that unit about 7 months.I do have to say the only nice person in that place was Enrique he responded to my callas and emails very quickly.
