Very unprofessional, they Sell stuff at your own party .And try to pin on you broken chairs that have been like that. Do a full inspection before your event because this people are sneaky.Owner doesn't respect the contract at all.

Don't book with this venue , the people that take care of the salon try to find any little thing wrong ro keep deposit, the sink flooded and we had to wait for them , had to turn our music down because the base was too loud even though it an event place .The owner doesn't tell you they sell candy and toys at your own party .Could keep going , just don't book with them, I regret it

I had my daughters quince here and she didn’t have no toilet paper in the restrooms claimed we flooded the restrooms when I asked for proof she stated she couldn’t show up when I repeatedly sent her pictures of her salon flooding and I had to personally set up drying equipment to save her salon free of charge and she still refused to refund me my desposit. I kept calling and texting her and she she didn’t respond until the next day when I asked for my deposit she said no the police showed up at 1 am to turn off the music and clean when that was not part of the contract PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!!

We rented the room on July 8, the room was too hot, the cleaners were notified in which they told us that the air was controlled, today the person who rented the room just sends us a message that an ordinary I was liquidating water, I wanted my husband to go check to fix it and if not she was going to call a plumber and we had to pay for it and also a tablecloth came out with a piece of gum the good thing I told them the day before the event of a chair that it did not serve as a table of honor because if it had not even been charged, I would not advise them to be renting this room because if I could, I would not give them even one star.

I had my event on July 15th 2022. Do not do business with the owner of this establishment! The owner is very bad with communicating, doesn’t care for her clients, only about collecting the money! She’s not an honest person, lied about having a Zumba class that rented the place before my party that’s why she couldn’t let me in there early enough to decorate. If I wanted to decorate I would need to pay for an extra hour early. The day of my party she turned the A/C on when we got there to decorate, it was 90 degrees in the place and it never cooled down until later that night. My guest were sweating and fanning themselves with plates or what they could find. I was so upset knowing that it could have been prevented. There was no toilet paper in the bathrooms, the woman’s restroom had ants. I had the facility til 2:00 am her cleaning staff attempted to have my dj turn off the music at 1:00, the same staff that personally took it upon themselves to sale candy and toys at my event. Owner never explained to me that music had to be shut off by 1:00 so everyone is out by 2:00. Owner is not an honest person. I gave a $300 deposit that’s refundable even states in the contract but owner tried to give me back $188 because she only returns $200 no explanation where my other $100 is plus there was a chair that had a bent leg so charged me $12. Anyone that ends up renting this place I would say do an inspection first, this lady’s a snake!! The person that referred me received all their deposit back and is very confused why they kept an extra $100 for themselves! SWINDLERS

The owner of the event center is irresponsible. She tells you to go meet her at the event center and she doesn’t show and then can’t be reached. This has happened three times and she still can’t show me the event center.
