Sales rep Star was able to come over to our house to count and get the close to $10,000 order. After order was place and paid for we had a hard time getting ahold of her. 1 week after the delivery date we had to beg them to bring the order to new house under construction we even had to push back the hardware install crew. There was extra pieces which they will charge you 25% restocking.My builder said he wont use them anymore. You can find most of the things on Amazon.

Beautiful showroom; friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff; extensive selection and good pricing. Shopped a few different vendors for some kitchen hardware, and they were by far the best to work with. Highly recommend.

Outstanding Staff from the moment i walked in i was greeted, up to the moment i checked out. Actually the check out people seemed very attentive, and informative, and when they didn't know the answer they got someone that did instead of guessing.

The customer service is beyond terrible. I spent over a year working with Leslie while we were remolding a penthouse in Turtle Creek. All I can say is stay away from this store. They want your money but don't have any interest in customer service. The follow up and lack of any customer service was beyond my worst nightmare. Horrible. Go to Nob Hill they are fantastic.
