My experience with the Dallas/ Addison Relax the Back was beyond extraordinary; from the moment I walked into the store, to the white glove delivery of my zero gravity recliner. The customer service that I received from both Alex and John was above 5 stars, no pressure sales pitch at all, just genuine kindness and patience with all my questions. I left feeling like part of the Relax the Back family; sold for life!

I wish i known about this Bauerfeind back support brack sooner.I was in a tractor trailer accident a year ago and since then I'm in constant back pain dr. Say they done all that can be done without surgery. Then I found this it takes the pain away and my neighbor Say it makes me stand up straighter. So I give relax the back and Bauerfeind a big thank you

We have had two shopping experiences at the Addison Relax the Back store. In both cases the staff was very helpful. We tried a number of options each time and were given pros and cons of each product.The memory foam pillows be bought however didn't soften with use as we were told, so now we don't use them. We are awaiting delivery on two very comfortable chairs we just purchased.

From start to finish this place is awesome. We needed to find a recliner for my mother to where she could easily get in and out of it. Alex was patient, polite and courteous with all my questions over the phone. He helped my brother and my dad in store and then personally delivered our chair the next day bc he knew how quickly we needed it. He was very patient with my elderly parents as well. The customer service at this place makes me grateful we chose to spend our money here.

It was difficult to make you understand that all I need is a cable for my chair. I had a few of these emails wanting me to rate my visit or online visit. I still don’t have my cable or my new chair. I’m still using channel locks to hold my chair at the proper angle for what I need. So if the service was as good as the chair, I would give 10 stars. Unfortunately it’s not, it’s very hard to go through Relax The Back to get anything. In the past I’ve been through 4 or 5 cables and have installed them myself but Human Touch doesNot make it easy to figure out which cable to order anymore. They’ve changed. There’s not one cable on Amazon that says this cable fits the “Perfect Chair”, it might fit a couch or multiple couches, it looks like the cable I need but since it only cost 8$, they can’t make 39$ if they tell us which one fits my chair so I had to call Relax The Back and pay 3 times more for my cable and it’s still not hear even though I was told it would be Fed Z’d 5 days ago. I figured if I bought a new chair and a cable, I would have something soon but I’m still using plyers to raise and lower my chair today. Thanks, Larry M

You get what you pay for! Two ZERO G recliners and a fabulous bed pillow later, thanks to the ministrations of Alex in helping us decide, we are supported, comfortable and stylish too! Even the delivery experience was top notch. The combo of Alex (store) + Alex (delivery) cannot be beat. Let’s face it; aging, injury or pain aren’t pretty. If you’re on the fence about Relax The Back products get over to the Addison (Dallas TX) store and let them help you. They sure helped us.

I purchased my second zero gravity recliner with heat and massage from Lynn, the manager, at Relax The Back in Addison. She spent so much time with me and answered all of my questions! She understood my medical needs and knew exactly what to show me. I am now thinking about getting an office chair as well as a mattress! She kept in contact with me via email to share info about the mattresses to help with my decision! She goes above and beyond!My delivery arrived early which was great! Alex Y was professional and did a wonderful job putting the recliner in a bedroom for me and showed me all the bells and whistles! He was quick and efficient but also answered all my questions! I look forward to seeing him again on my next purchase!
