Lived here 5 years. Loved the staff and it was a safe community. They keep the grounds very nice and maintenance calls were always answered.

I love my apartment. I really appreciate the office women Molly yolundia and Tena. All the many times I called they were all nice and patient with me. I was trying to get in before Covid pandemic and finally got in and Molly always remembered me. I sincerely appreciate all three of them for helping me. ?

I applied for a 2/2 with a H.U.D voucher now this property is equal housing so once I applied I was questioned on where my voucher came from I'm not understanding what's the difference rent gonna be paid on time they to worried about being in a contact I sure wish they educated their employees on vouchers cause they clueless on somethings smh

If I could give this place no stars I would. Very unprofessional staff. These low class women talk to you like your dumb. If you ask them a question they will get an attitude. Management needs to do a clean sweep starting with the Manager who refuses to give her name only advises that she is the manager. How unprofessional is that! But it's okay, I'm very educated. If the President has to answer to someone you will to. You definitely have not heard the last from me.The way that you bully people and lie on them by saying they cursed you out when you are the person who is rude. You deserve to be cursed out the way you talk to people and I will be reporting this place to the BBB! I can see that you are racist towards black people since you talk to us like we are stupid. Only stupid person here though is you...unfortunately for you. You don't know who all I know.Save your time and money people they will rip you off these nice ratings are clearly from friends, they aren't real. The staff should all be Fired Immediately!!! Customer Service consists of being nice and professional to everyone regardless of their socioeconomic status.

Everyone in the front office is extremely helpful and keeps you updated throughout the process. Yolanda, Tena, and Molly all played a significant role in helping my brother get settled in. We are most thankful to you and he is looking forward to taking advantage of the amenities offered, such as the swimming pool and exercise room.

Kenneth Launza here.I rented here a few years ago. Unfortunately I had to break my lease (Job loss).I did however enjoy the entire process of applying, getting approved, and moving in.I want to apply again. I paid my former broken lease debt to rebuild a relationship with Red Bird Trails. This time I have a wife and we'd like to move-in but I don't think they'll help me this time.I have a great paying job and received a promotion 2 months ago but unfortunately not my pay raise yet (on paper). I spoke Molly and she is as nice as she was several years ago.I also spoke with Yolanda and it seems like Yolanda was using my checkstubs to dissuade me from applying for a 2 bed 1 bath that I can clearly afford. It has worked unfortunately. Maybe I misunderstood but I just lost confidence after reading her message about my financial qualification. She knows I can pay my rent no problem. I make great money.I will apply anyway. I'm willing to accept the application fee as a loss if denied.They want a full month's rent deposit. That sucks but I don't doubt they won't return it if I get denied. I just want them to understand my financial circumstance is way better now and I'd love to move back.My wife and I talked about our potential first place together. I only and seriously considered Red Bird Trails.Main reason: I've found peace there. It feels meant to be. My wife and I want a place long-term for stability and I know Red Bird Trails is a good place.I just need them to give me a second chance. That's all I want.

Its sad the review under mine is speaking badly about ms molly! She is the sweetest person in the office! If your application didnt go through its your fault! Bcuz she gives you a step by step talk about everything you need and she calls if you need additional information!!she called and informed me about everything! so i know if you didnt get approved its because you didnt have your stuff together! She is so polite and helps everyone! They helped me when i had nowhere to go! Told me all the information to bring! So blame yourself! We are all grown and know how the apartment process works!

My catalytic converter was stole in the apartments you hear car alarms going off all through the night I’ll and the manager in the leasing office is difficult and will harass and threaten you it’s not worth moving here it’s not worth the time.

(update)I'm not upset and I did te Molly the main reason why I was moving bwas due to medical reasons. You are asking me to be truthful, sweetie learn what truthful means before using it. What I said was true. How can you deny someone without running their information? Income standards were met, I have no criminal background, so stop lying, it's pathetic. (Updated). Turned these guys into housing and in return Redbird Trails has been put on the list for renters not to rent from. Also reported them for discrimination at Fair Housing.These people lied about:1. Saying they had immediate move in.2. Never gave me the unit or building number that I was applying for.3. Lied about running my background4. Lied about what units they had available.5. Called my friend a liar after being caught in a lie. (the 2nd time she called Tena I was on the phone and heard her tell my friend that they had a one bedroom available for move in).6. Lied about not having anyone to fix the available unit's.Molly and Tena are disgusting lower than low garbage people. Then for Tena we don't want to rent to soeone like you. Yeah I don't want to rent from sfirvomeone who lies and attempt's to take money from someone who is terminally ill. Hell is hot and I'm pretty sure these racist are going there.Tena you asked me if I had recorded the phone call as if saying who would believe me.. sweetie I worked for the Department of Corrections, the woman you spoke with works for the hall of justice so lets just see who is going to believe in who.
