I got into my car after a long day at work and noticed an abnormal jerking with my car with a check engine light on. I immediately went to O’Reilly’s and Juan was able to help me. He was kind knowledgeable and very professional. He was able to assist me in not only finding the product I needed but making sure I had all my questions answered before leaving the store. I highly recommend this store but specifically Juan. Based on my experience he seems like a star employee! 5 star review because of him.

Unhelpful. Bought a battery there likely less than a year ago, called yesterday to check it it’s in warranty and was told that they couldn’t check over the phone.Went in this morning and the guy working at 8:30 said he can’t do anything because he’s the only one there. Why own a business that offers services and products you can’t sell / provide?

I hope the manager of this department will read my comment, I came here this afternoon, there was a young guy and a lady, even I asked for help, they didn't help and I asked a question, the lady told me it's stupid question, they don't value the customer
