I told my daughter not to move here and now she regrets it. These people are retaliating against my daughter because she called Dallas Code Enforcement about her AC going out for the second time in 11 months, which they moved her in without the AC not working and it was out for a week before they fixed it and they only gave her a small window unit for the meantime when it was 100 degrees plus. They take their time answering emergency maintenance requests and that’s why she called code enforcement. Plus, this management company is mad because she didn’t resign her lease with North Star, so they are charging her for her cats from when she moved here in June 2023, which this new company didn’t even manage these apartments and her lease contract wasn’t even signed with them. And they refused to accept her last rent payment without the cat fees which totaled $2,100. She been living here for 11 months and never had any problems with the ceiling, and all of a sudden the ceiling leaks and caves in after a storm. I think the staff that lives downstairs contributed by drilling all of the time. The apartment staff don’t care because they moved her in upstairs from people they allowed to have dog poop all over their balcony for 8 years and the only reason they ask them to clean it up because the lady up above them complained about the smell. And they didn’t charge those people that lived in #124# for their dog or the lady that lived above them for her dogs, or the African lady upstairs. If you move here you will have water shut off without notification and you will be in danger because they have water heaters in the closet and you will not have enough of room for your belongings. Also, they have the same incompetent maintenance they had with the other management company. By the way, they don’t even enforce the strict parking rules because I still see violations they said they were going to tow.

I was a tenant in this apartment complex in 2023, I had several conversations with the leasing agents of the complex and their former property management Asset Living about my deposit. They sent me a check that didn't clear and it's been a year plus since I've heard from anyone about solving this issue.

If anybody thinking about moving here you better read the reviews cause this place this isn't bad it's the management that's sucks I'll been living over there for 2 1/2 years until they change management after that it went down hill and I wanted to move transfer into a two bedroom and the assistant manger name Corrinna showed me and my wife the two bedroom and told us we can transfer into that one all we had to do was to pay$300 deposit and I did that so the next day she told the Ada dude and the Ada denied me cause she had it for her friend and if you are Africa American she will not help you at all that's why they have so many apartment empty right now so she fired Corrinna for offer me that apartment the one they should made manger was the lady name Mrs Desiree Jackson she is the only good person works in that office she had my back whenever I have a problem she was there to help me if she was the manger instead that Ada dude I would still been there Mrs Jackson will go out her want to help you whenever she could and that Ada dude if you are African American good luck with that Ada dude

I literally went there today. It was very disappointing. I have a spouse that just move over there by a name of Kelvin Rutledge. And for the amount that he's chewing over there. You would think the AC would be working and they would have everything corrected on time. That kept on switching his apartments. He waited over 4 months to move in. And the thermostat that they put in on yesterday is still not working today at a 101 degreece outside. You mean to tell me you guys do not have a maintenance team that is able to complete a work order when it comes to your AC pictures? I wouldn't direct a dog to stay in these apartments period

Always marking services done when we're not home even though we have cameras constant flooding in kitchen, after we've asked multiple times to help. rats got in, and we had to deal with ourselves. They say they'll be out, marks service completed, and have to put back in. Almost 2 years here and can not wait to leave. Our cameras were due to break ins now we have to make sure no one steals who has actual access to our home. There is no feeling of safety here. Only one security guard who does his job. You can never feel safe leaving home, let alone being home. I would never trust this place again after the pour management constantly makes excuses. Constantly changing toweing companies. I have despised living here with a passion. Not a single person here is believable. It's always an excuse. They don't own up to their mistakes. My apartment is falling apart due to flooding and upstairs neighbors being super disrespectful. Had to do my own maintenance since they are unreliable. They will work on all other apartments before mine and act like im an after thought they don't bother with. DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE HATED MY LIFE HERE!!!!! COMING HOME FEELS HOPELESS!!!!

THANK YOU to all the honest reviews and with pictures, definitely stood out of all the payed for positive ones.
I too was potentially a tenant, don't mind cleaning and actually have my own fridge and microwave, AC etc, we going thru rough patch we just need roof (safe one and cool)and bathroom(with running water)literally but we have two trucks after reading all the crimes and incidents Glad I am no longer applying or interested. Again thank you to all the honest tenants
