Just renewed for another year. Living in the city is an experience, we had a Rocky move in, it took time to adjust. Shomari and Kyle are Always the most helpful. It feels more secure than before, progress is being made.P.S. I hope the pool will be more pleasant for residents next summer.

I toured with Shomari and it was the best tour I’ve had all week!! His energy is just so radiant, there’s no way you can be in a bad mood around him. The tour went great though, the follow ups I’ve received have been consistent and very helpful. I’m applying right after I submit this review. I’m beyond excited.

The number of people that don't pick up after their pets and a lot of people smoking weed especially at the pool. Other then that this place has been great to live.
