The Miro is amazing. While at first look the building and units are beautiful, the real gem of this building are its people. I only moved in about 1.5 months ago but every time I’ve had a question or an issue the leasing office and maintenance team are there to help with a smile. Sal and Jose are by far the best maintenance team I have ever worked with. They are kind and will go above and beyond to make sure your apartment is perfect for you. Thank you to the Miro team for making my move in and stay so far fantastic.

It started off okay but I decided not to renew due to multiple break ins in the parking garage (which you are charged to park in and also have to pay for guest to park) as well as the thin walls..can hear the smallest giggle from your neighbor), and the elevators not working every other week. Upon move out they charged my a $700 fee because the stove that I barely used had a “chip” in it which you can not see in the pictures they sent at all. I also had pictures showing no damage was still made to pay for a full replacement. On top of all that they tried to increase rent by over $250/mo but we’re real quick to say nevermind when I stated I was thinking of moving. Would not rent there or grey star again (below my pic vs their “proof” grainy photos)

I visited this property three times when looking to move December 2023. Although I didn’t select this property I had to stop by to give the leasing agent Stephanie her props for being so upbeat , professional, and happy to help!! She was consistent with each and every visit

When my clients require "good management" on their list of apartment must haves, I can proudly add Miro. My client lost her husband, and the entire staff (yes, even the owner of the building) did gymnastics to overcome obstacles in getting her approved. The concierge is sweet, too! THANK YOU! This unique property is a blend of art and class, with downtown views that will make your friends jealous.

My whole experience with Miro was really good. Location is amazing, the apartment complex is clean and organized. The events they have are really nice too. I am sad that such a great experience has been ruined by the fact that after more than 2 months, I still did not receive my deposit back. It is really frustrating and it kinda change the image I had for Miro. So guys, be VERY careful about this!Update: 63 days and no deposit. And btw management has been contacted MANY times. They are aware of that. Some emails exchanged. Last time I called, Monica said she would send an email an update. 2 days since our call and nothing! SHAME!!

If the halls do not smell like weed, it smells SO STRONGLY of cheap air fresheners. They recently leased the downstairs to Sugar Factory. Their valet uses our parking garage and blocks the street in front of the building. The residents were just informed that we will NOW HAVE TO PAY $2 EVERY TIME WE HAVE A GUEST OVER ($2 for 1 vehicle and every 24 hours). The gym is tiny and in need of some new equipment. And what apartment doesn't have a hot tub? They come into your apartment while you're not home and with no warning. AND GOD FORBID IF YOU EVER NEED HELP WITH ANYTHING. They don't care if the building is unsafe, we're unhappy, or that CARS ARE GETTING BROKEN INTO.

I moved in recently and it’s been a great experience! Stephanie from the leasing office was always patient in answering my questions and made the whole process extremely smooth. Would definitely recommend.

If staff and management are important to you then look NO FURTHER!I'll be 100%, I do not live here but my business partner does and I spend at minimum two full days here a week. And that has been since January. BUT, I will say that I have witnessed a bit of everything a tenant could be a part of.The front door/concierge staff, SO kind and helping (aside from the older lady on the weekend who is NOT very friendly OR helpful)! They greet you with a wonderful smile and even though I come in every week, they make sure I don't need anything. The leasing office. Oh my gosh. There is nothing these wonderful ladies won't do for you, as long as it is within their power. But sometimes they will go above and beyond their own power and authority and STILL make the unthinkable happen for you. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and SO FREAKING NICE ALL THE TIME! Even on days that you can tell it may not be their best days, they STILL show up and ROCK OUT! For you!Management has a new face behind the blurry wall in the leasing office but compared to the last fella, this guy seems to always be there, always working hard, and still has a welcoming smile. The last guy didn't smile and honestly looked like someone I would trip off the elevator hahaDon't get me started about the maintenance staff. There are two men and a woman that man this sky rise down as if it were their pride and joy. These guys and gals make an effort to know the tenants! They're asking about your kids, your dogs, your job, your new project, your car, etc.! And with genuine care. Who does that? Who takes time and effort to KNOW the tenants? I've lived here, there, and everywhere in a few states and you just don't see this often. You see them in the hallway, let them know there's an issue with ANYTHING, and they're there the same day fixing your problems! And with such a loving and devoted demeanor. They're seriously the best. The place is always clean. There's rarely anything out of place or broken for more than a day.As for names, let's see if I get this right.Monica, Stephanie, Slavador, and Jose! Thank you for your service and I am so thankful for y'all!!!!! Maybe I'll move in when my lease ends!!! *fingers crossed*

Can't recommend MIRO enough! Hidden gem, boutique high-rise living in the heart of the city. My husband and I moved here a year ago and just renewed our lease. Staff and maintenance are amazing. We feel extremely safe here and love being residents at MIRO. Great gym and pool as well!

I was super excited to move into Miro, but since living here 3 months, my excitement about this property has declined slightly. The location is perfect, the concierge staff (especially Andrew), maintenance, and Stephanie in the leasing office are all wonderful, and the actual apartments are pretty nice. They don't charge much for amenities. It's quite affordable for the location in the Victory Park / Downtown area. That being said, the noise I've had to deal with from other tenants here is pretty disrespectful. The pool area on weekends can get extremely loud and if you face the courtyard and people are on their balconies late at night, you'll hear everything. Would I recommend this building? Yes, if you get an apartment facing the street. Not if you get one facing the courtyard, unless you deal with noise well and/or are the soundest sleeper in the world.

I have been planning a trip to Miro for weeks leading up to my visit from Austin. A leasing agent and I had discussed me visiting on Monday morning before heading back to Austin. The day before, I reached out just to reconfirm, never heard back but went ahead and showed up for my appointment. Upon walking in, there are packages, mail, clutter, all over the concierge desk. Ignoring that as the second red flag now, I walked up to the desk asking to meet with a leasing representative about getting a tour.Did not anticipate an unwelcoming response from concierge to be "we have 2 leasing agents here and they are already on tours". Explained I had an appointment and was visiting town, this random employee standing next to the desk says, "Well you can just tour the place online." Again, explained I don't currently live in Dallas and drove 3 hours to see this place in person, but needed to leave right after my scheduled appointment. The woman suggested I wait 45 minutes and at that point, she would feel comfortable calling the Manager letting them know I would like a tour and *maybe* they can squeeze me in but no guarantees. When I asked the woman what would happen if I wait and not get "squeezed in" for my scheduled appointment, she said, "well that's the risk you have to take" as if this is the hunger games for apartments or something.Y'all have zero concept of time and respect. There are too many apartments in Uptown/Victory Park for y'all to behave this way to someone you made an appointment with. I have no intentions of moving to this building. If this is how y'all act to non paying customers, I don't want to know how y'all treat tenants.

Concierge is most-welcoming, helpful, friendly! Amenities are beautiful and always well kept. Great views of Dallas and downtown. Walkable to all our favorite grocery stores and restaurants. Easy to park. We love calling MIRO home!
