This place is HORRIBLE! I thought I would give it a try because it’s close to my house but OMG was I wrong! On top of all my groceries, I ordered an Aguachile from the “new” area they have so its pre made. I was so excited to try this because I was so hungry and I love this kind of food, but it is the worst tasting that I’ve ever tasted! I literally threw it away. How is it possible that they are selling this? The meat also smells funny, so I automatically threw that away as well! The crazy part was that there were three employees standing there like bodyguards watching everyone lol The girl in the blue shirt is super rude! If they have to stand there in like bodyguard, watching all the registers and everyone, just ask for the receipt… don’t make people uncomfortable by just watching them! ??♀️ lol

How cool that they are remodeling the store, if only they will also change those who serve. Today when I went to get my groceries I had a bad experience at the butcher shop, the woman who served me had a horrible attitude, I asked for a meat and I saw the cut and I didn't like it so I told her I better not. He also made faces and when I asked him for ham he said they didn't have any and clearly they had it there. In previous times it has been the same but with the cashiers. They need people with a good attitude and customer service.

Predatory pricing. Expect to pay double what you would normally. This is the kind of place that preys on a certain type of customer base. You're better off driving to a traditional grocery store vs getting taken advantage of here.

I have never been more humiliated and disgusted by a company in my life. Jose V. decided to violate the law by approaching me with my service dog and saying that I needed to leave the store as they don't allow pets. I told him that she was not a pet but a service dog, yet he did not care. He could only say he was just doing his job, and when i told him he was violating the law he still didn't care. Not only did I feel discriminated against because of my need for a service dog, but also because of my race. My dog clearly had on her credentials and he harassed me about having a card to show him, which again is violating the law. I will never set foot inside this establishment again, because they have no respect for my health and humanity so I will not ever provide them with another dime of my money. I've never been approached by any establishment and this is the first. I hope corporate has the mind to try and fix this situation as this is something that can escalate very quickly.

Things never ring up right if you don't pay attention you get over charged either the prices on the system or the cashiers type in the wrong codes. I been over charged more than twice.

If you see a orange tag on the product that you’re buying take a picture of it, since when you’re paying it will be charged at a different price. With the picture you can prove the price marked on it.
