The residents want an answer as to why the pool is still closed, they opened it on May 18, 2024 and took photos for the inauguration and the next day it was closed, it is the date and it remains closed, they say that it is the City's fault that it has not The inspection has been done, what should we do and how long to wait, last year it was the same situation, the BBQ area is also closed, answers please.

The pool was closed the entire summer they said they’d let residents know through email when it would be open(knowing they would close it the entire Summer to save money) mind you the pool is only available during the summer. They closed it Memorial Day weekend and it’s been closed ever since with no changes. This apartment found a way to save money anyway they can. Renting a unit where the location has a amenities is a big selling point, but you literally won’t get to use them here, but you’ll pay for it monthly. You will see amenities on your tour though. They have one maintenance guy that they put all the work on which I think is wrong. The company that owns this is concerned about profit and because they have several units available they make the residents make up for that loss in capital. The quality of the tubs/appliances and paint are low so they have found a permanent way to make sure won’t get your deposit back. A ton of manipulative tactics that they know they can get away with, because “their protected by law.” They will ask people on tours to give them a five star review knowing it isn’t deserved but they are struggling over here to say the least. There are signs all over because they desperately want people to move in. DO NOT LOOK PAST BAD REVIEWS FOR APARTMENTS. I made that mistake with this location, hoping it would be fine but low and behold all the bad reviews were actually fact. You will pay your rent and not get what you pay for.

I want to leave evidence for this day that since I have lived in this complex the pool has never or almost never operated, it is closed almost all year round, the children have not been able to enjoy the pool during their entire vacation. And they always give a bad answer with a bad face.

Office staff is good at their job. Got me approved in enough time to catch a killer move in special. She saved my life with the news. I really appreciate the effort put forth to assist me in moving closer to my employer.

I would give it 5 stars if not for the mail room system they have. It RARELY works if EVER. We keep losing packages left and right because of a lack of coordination between management, couriers and the mail management company LuxOne. I would love for them to change it to a better system because we’ve been having to send packages to my MILs place. Huge inconvenience! What if a very important document gets lost?
I hope management takes care of this!

DONT MOVE HERE ! Management lies about everything. Never fixes anything.
My garage still has a board holding up 3rd panel where the bolts rusted and came off.
They will allow a Single mother of two children, which is not the issue, but her 2 children, mom and dad all stay in a 1 bedroom apartment above me.
Kids scream off the wall at all hours of the night, and there is no accountability from the management staff.
The other 5 star reviews are from friends and family of the Staff. Be ware of the 5 star reviews.
The pool was down the entire summer. (They just fixed the pool June 28th, 2024. I bet we still get charged 40 dollars for commons area, that no one uses.
Back Gate is always broken sometimes 6 moths or more.
Front gate still broken as I update this review June 30th 2024
They are currenlty repainting all our walls, side panneling, and fixing outside apartments, but can't fix my garage (and others), pot hole in middle of ground by building 1, or keep front gate working. As of June 2024 they finally fixed the pot hole. Only took over 6 months to do repairs.
I will also be posting a video of the lady lying about her lease, with kids blurred out.
Dont move here. Go homeless before you. move here!
They would rather take a lady and her six kids than a person who been here 5 years paying rent on time!
Courtesy patrol does not come out either! if you ever call them more than once, you will never get help.

Update 6/30/2024
Other residents have complained that management still holds no accountability for other residents being loud. Talked to one resident who ac was out for more than 3 months, and the response was (winter is coming) you don’t need ac.
Front office has been closed on multiple occasions during business hours for long periods of time.
Lady above me still has multiple partners and adults coming all hours of the night. Management has yet to address the concerns or hold them accountable by any means.
We having a fire marshal inspect apartments 7-1-2024. I will be informing the fire marshal of children sleeping on floor in apartment 1211. Be ware for any other renters on or around that number. They scream all hours of the night and I have to live under Bluetooth headsets.
I am also contacting the fsa housing authority.
I will update this review in 3 more months.
It’s still renter’s be ware of this property there is no amenities but valet trash.

ATTEMPTED TO TOUR! 5.18 leasing office closed early. No one is in leasing office answering phones and 5.20 return to leasing office and OFFICE SIGN AGAIN OFFICE CLOSED BUT I SEE SOMEONE INSIDE ON LAPTOP AT HER DESK IGNORES US AT 11:00!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNPROFESSIONAL AND AWFUL EXPERIENCE

Legit the most amazing experience today!! Elizabeth was friendly, helpful, and made me feel totally at home and welcome to the property!! I could not be more pleased that I chose to walk in those doors! Absolutely looking forward to my residency here!!

Office lady was very rude and not helpful, spoke with a bad attitude and basically turned me away, definitely would not recommend, horrible attitude.

Great location, clean community, great maintenance staff but management (assistant manager) is extremely hard to work with/get in touch when needing to resolve any inconveniences/tasks that require her assistance. You will not be fully reimburse for referral offers/most pricing is not accurate through the website's offerings. Wanted to grow the community and was rewarded terribly.
The assistant manager (Elizabeth) has waved me away when looking for assistance on a new key faub as well as when trying to currently renew…. Hops in car and waved at me.

I first of all want to shout out ELIZABETH who made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the second I walked in for my tour. She is truly an asset to this property! I had toured multiple different apartments prior to this tour and none of the other ones checked all of the boxes for my wants/needs. Metropolitan truly blew my mind when I toured! Everything I want in a place to stay. But best of all, with Elizabeth’s help (even while she was on vacation!), this was a fast and easy process!! Give that woman a raise!
