Whatever you do do not get insurance on your phone it is a sham!!!! They send you back and forth back and forth and ask the same questions over and over to discourage you from filing a claim. Terrible Business & Metro separate themselves by saying it's a 3rd party. Very unprofessional.

I always come here customer service amazing went there today to get my screen fix. did an amazing job good same, day fixed price for it $85 plus tax. Gives u all the information. That u need when u come or have any questions about you phone or metro grate place to come and nice people ?I recommend coming here

No one answered the phone and store was still locked ( keys in the door so someone was there ) well after 10 AM. Had me and another guy standing outside in this Texas heat. Had to go to another Metro. 3
