Worst DME!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/ MONEY! My dad had been prescribed specialty medical equipment necessary before transition to home before discharged from the hospital. He has excellent insurance coverage.I followup on why it had not been delivered that day & the following. I was told they received it at noon of his DC date, and would not begin reviewing it until the following day, if they had received it. Apparently, the problem is that no one logs in the information received/receipted for proof, nothing is even attempted to be processed for 24 hrs , they close at 5:30 & they are not open on the weekends. I had asked if someone would be calling me for verification and she just repeated the above jargon.These are the things their "helpful"customer service reps would only say. .Transitioning to home is apparently not urgent & patient care is not important! I received a called two weeks post DC to setup his delivery. BEYOND IRRESPONSIBLE! Reps were callous, uncaring and more concern with logistical issues. We refused & canceled the ordered to their surprise.

Was cut off yesterday by a very rude MMS driver while trying to access the parking lot at BSW ReHab. No one answers the phone! As a BiPAP user. I'm glad I've found a different supplier than MMS

I recommend staying away from these folks. They regularly send out notices that I am eligible for supplies without stating that I will have to pay for them since I have not yet met my insurance deductible. Had I known I would have to pay out of pocket, I would have looked elsewhere, as I can find the same supplies for significantly less money online.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Instead of billing my wheelchair as a purchase they continuously billed as a rental monthly. When the delivery guy delivered it he didn't even set it inside. Told me to sign for delivery and left it outside. Keep in mind I'm 10 days post op from being cut hip to hip with a mass removal. I have 2 wound vacs and 40 staples. I called to contest the rental bill and the Indian lady would not let me speak and didn't want to let me speak to a supervisor. I finally got a supervisors voicemail. I doubt I will receive a call back based on other reviews. Greedy company and awful customer service.

Majors Medical has been serving my C-Pap needs for many years. They have done a great job of getting me the supplies I need, as well as securing a new machine every few years. I'm very pleased with our relationship.

They don't care if your equipment is dangerous or not sized correctly!!Hoyer lift was delivered but all the delivery person had on him was a medium sling with a commode hole. I explained my sister didn't need a commode and that a medium hole would be too big. He explained, unfortunately, that's all he had on him at the time. He said to try it and if it wasn't going to work to call their office and they would switch out the sling type and size.My sister is 5'2", 100 lbs so within a few minutes of trying the lift her entire body was slipping out of the commode hole and she almost fell out!!! I call the next business day to request the sling be traded out and was told that they couldn't exchange it because it was now used. Then the story changed to well, the doctors order said to include the commode (which I find hard to believe considering she has a Foley catheter and colostomy). So I call back and state that we will accept a sling with the commode then but we need a small because it is sized incorrectly. This didn't seem to matter to anyone.So apparently my only option is to pay them cash for a new sling which I refuse to do. They don't care if your equipment is dangerous or not sized correctly!! They don't care about you or your loved ones safety. Avoid if you can.

Employees are very rude and they have new employees every few months which goes to show me they don't do much for their employees either. 10/10 would NOT recommend
