I had an issue with fabric fading on my sofa. From the moment I reported the issue, I received an immediate response from Amber. She got the ball rolling, and Hilary took over. After the company went above and beyond, I placed a new complimentary order with Stephanie up to the amount I had originally spent in the store. The team at Interior Define was professional, courteous, PROMPT and friendly. They truly put the customer first and stand behind their product. I cannot say enough great things about my experience with the team at Interior Define. I will certainly spread the word!

Do not purchase from this company. They have the worst customer service and they REFUSE to give you the name of any manager which I have never experienced. Ive gotten inconsistent information from their email which is the only way to contact them. One person says one thing and then they apologize for providing incorrect information, but they keep doing it. They are a terrible company.

Jerika and Monica were incredible! We were looking for a couch and swivels that would last a long time and fit our aesthetic. They went as far as looking at photos and videos of our space to understand our style to help nail down exactly what we needed. They were not salesly nor pushy, they were so patient with our many trips back into the store and many, many questions. The products are incredible and fabric quality is not something you'll find elsewhere. Very reasonably priced for what you're getting. We’ve already sent friends here to shop!
Jerika, Monica, and all of the designers know the products inside and out which made us feel incredibly comfortable with the purchase. Highly recommend going in person to see the product and talk to their designers, I would have placed a very different order if I hadn't gone in to see/get educated on the product.

Visited their showroom in Dallas and was assisted by Jerika. She was extremely helpful in narrowing down choices for 2 occasional chairs, and was knowledgeable in her design ideas. Prior to the store visit I was assisted by Stephanie B in ordering fabric swatches, then again she assisted with ordering the furniture. I have been very pleased with the overall experience at Interior Define, looking forward to receiving my chairs.

The two women working at the counter here today at 1pm - 2/20/23 didn’t look up or say a single word to my husband and I when we walked in. There were no other guests in the entire store. We figured maybe they were doing something different and the sales person was on lunch (?) so we walked around and sat on couches, and were still never spoken to. We liked one of the styles of sofa but didn’t see any fabric selections anywhere, so I went up and asked if they worked there so we could look at some fabric samples. One of them didn’t look up, and the other one of them looked up, said ‘yeah’ in the ugliest tone, and rolled her eyes at me. We were in absolute disbelieve and walked out right then and there. We are tattooed and don’t look like the usual clientele in this area so not sure if that has anything to do with the way that we were treated, but I would be mortified if my employees treated anyone this way. These employees need to really soul search and get some serious customer service training if they want to be in retail.

Recently purchased the Sloan chair and ottoman in a coral color and velvet fabric. Love them! So comfortable and not a chair and a half, but two people can definitely squeeze in comfortably!!
Initially was hesitant to order from Interior Define after reading a few negative reviews, so I decided to go to the store and see for myself. I was pleasantly surprised to see how many fabrics swatches were available and on the many showroom pieces. Jerica (sp?) in the Dallas store was so helpful in choosing a fabric and leg finish. Couldn’t be happier with the finished product!!
Interior Define kept me informed on when to expect delivery via email. We ordered in mid March and it just arrived in mid May in perfect condition!!
I will definitely order them again!

We have been wanting to purchase a sofa from Interior Define since we stumbled across the company during COVID, however the nearest available showroom was 3.5 hours away in Austin and by appointment only so unfortunately we never got around to it. This year we decided to revisit the idea, only find out there was now a showroom in Dallas! We had already customized our couch online and knew exactly what we wanted and literally went the next morning to order it. Stephanie B. and the other ladies there that day were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Stephanie had already reached out to me via email after I initially ordered swatches (before I realized there was a local showroom). She actually helped us make a few changes such as the fabric and the type of cushions, which I’m so happy we did. It’s now everything we wanted and more. The design aspect of this process is truly wonderful. Picking out every detail, being able to see everything in person, touching the actual fabrics, and sitting on the cushions made a huge difference from other experiences we’ve had when buying furniture. I also love how the sales side of it felt pressure-less and more focused on what our needs and wants were. Stephanie was really great to work with.
One other thing to add: Overall the CRM system they have in place has been perfectly executed. The constant but not overbearing contact is helpful and informative. The progress emails sent out as our sofa moves through production are awesome! I look forward to seeing them.
I highly recommend this brand and showroom. It’s money well spent!
