My first experience at the IBC bank in Dallas . The customer service that I received from Assistant Branch Manager Mrs Jennifer Lopez was outstanding. I have been a customer from Ibc San Antonio and Rgv area for years! In addition Walter one of the tellers was also very helpful! I do recommend to visit the ibc branch in Dallas ! Thank you !!!!

I opened an account a month ago, they told me there would be no fees, they charged the account over 10 dollars two weeks later. I have tried to use the card and every time I try, I get a decline. I’ve tried calling the customer service, I wait and wait a long time, and I still haven’t been able to talk to anyone. I’m closing my account today. Terrible service.

I've been a customer at IBC Bank for a while now, and overall, I've had a positive experience. The customer service is excellent, and the online banking platform is user-friendly and efficient. However, my main issue with IBC Bank only have ONE branch and their operating hours. It would be great if they could open more branches, especially in areas that are currently underserved. Additionally, having the option to visit a branch on Saturdays would be incredibly convenient for many customers. Despite these limitations, IBC Bank is a solid choice for those looking for a reliable banking experience.

I have been with IBC Bank for approximately 7 years. Been to many branches across the state of Texas and Oklahoma.Cristo C. In the Dallas Branch is exceptional. He explains everything in detail in all aspects of banking. He listens, he is helpful, he shows concern. He is apologetic when line is long. Cristo is the best Universal Banker I have ever encountered. He even remembered me from my first visit 8 months prior. The bank lobby is very nice and large. The services offered need updating to match what other banks can do but overall a great place to bank with.

Has great customer service. I only wish they had more IBC Banks here in Dallas. I've been a customer for almost a year and I definitely feel secure. I strongly believe IBC has the potential to expand here in Dallas

Shot out to Cristo! He gave me the best banking experience EVER! If you're ever in need of assistance he's the guy to call. Very professional and efficient. 5 stars. I wish there were more people like him around.

I opened an account with them in March 2020 and haven’t had any issues. I was issued an instant issue debit card at the bank the day I opened the account so I was able to use it right away.I’ve had to report 2 fraudulent charges on my account and they were taken care of within 24 hrs.My only complaint is the 1 location in Dallas, lucky for me I am off I-30 but its still a 30-40 minute drive depending on traffic. I haven’t had to drive up often, but I wish they would add some branches.Highly recommend!!

Moved here from San Antonio and sad to say only one IBC location here in Dallas. My 5 stars are for their Universal Banker ... Cristo! He was amazing and helped me with my small request, nothing big but he took his time to assist me and I will say best thing that has happened for 2021!
