Not only did this place fail to deliver on its promise, they also had no regard for our interests, only thinking about theirs. We needed to do ITINs and tax return. So here we are:1) After they failed TWICE to correctly file the paperwork, we obviously got nothing.2) At the end they never were able to provide us with ITINs, yet never refunded the fees3) It took them over a YEAR to keep doing the wrong thing. As a result we did not receive our promised "maximum possible tax return".4) They promise to refund your tax return filing fees if they do not achieve the best for you. They clearly didn't, yet never refunded the fees.5) After over the year of the ordeal they suggested we give them the originals of our documents to send to IRS. Even after we explained this is not a convenient option for us, they never suggested the most obvious solution because it was not in their interests. Do you want to know what the best solution is? For us to make an appointment at an IRS branch ourselves.Obviously, we are never going back. And if you need ITINs, here is my unprofessional yet effective advice: DO NOT WASTE ANY OF YOUR MONEY ON THIS POOR VALUE COMPANY. JUST CALL IRS BRANCH AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT. IRS people were fast, friendly and efficient. And thanks to our acquaintances who suggested this solution.
