Each interaction I have had with the leasing office has been stellar. As a former realtor, my standards are high. Betty went above and beyond for the residents I referred to them. Their move in was smooth and they love their large home. The price point is phenomenal.

Horrible experience.
They didn't want to accept our 60 day notice. Deana doesn't not know how to speak to tenants. When discussing the 60 day notice, she started yelling when she knew she was in the wrong. Then she just kept saying argue with corporate. She should retake her fair housing class.

After a year of living here, i can firmly say that i’ve had no issue. Very quiet, pretty spacious for price. I personally didn’t have any roach issues ?. Everyone here stays to themselves and pretty respectful. If i could, i would stay here for longer.

I Love this place, prices are reasonable, Management is awesome! They are so eager to help with any issues and or will recommend options. Anything that needs fixing are resolved. I've been living here for about 6 years and love it. The small apartment complex are very very spacious and nice, you would definitely love it here.

The management Betty and Dena was very nice and professional I looked a 2 bedroom first floor the floor plan was very beautiful and the price for that large was excellent loved it

I’m giving a 3 star because the property is nice and I received great customer service from the assistant manager. But just so you will know if you have any type of evictions from even 7 years ago you will get rejected as I was told so I was able to save my money orders before applying, and there are no conditions to help you renting here. If I was told that I wouldn’t have wasted a day trying to get approved, so assure you ask questions thoroughly and if you are married you still have to do 2 separate applications here, this was the first time I heard of this but it’s their requirements even though I did have to remind the apartment manager that it stated otherwise on the application and it’s the first thing you see. Application needs updating, but the units are very nice so 3 stars for that and the outstanding assistant manager??

We lived there in 1989 when it was much newer. Even then there was water leaking from the roof into the master closet. Appears to have longstanding roof water problems.

It has been great so far. I am not thinking of leaving for now. The leasing office team is professional and very responsive maintenance team put the icing on the cake... by helping address any work order diligently and with a lot of empathy. Angel and his team are always ready to help and fix issues. They are amazing. They even nstall a new HVAC because the previous one was terrible. Not unlike other apartments owner that would do nothing but keep changing air filters and making you pay enormous electricity bills.

Worst place I’ve ever lived. Mgmt is horrible, overpriced for trashy apartments. I moved in to a space with roaches & mice poop everywhere. Nothing was done. I also am handicapped with a hand disability & didn’t have a dishwasher for 4 months & was told “just hand wash your dishes”. I took it to corporate who gave me a measly $100 off ONE MONTHS rent.

I have lived here for almost a year. The complex is well maintained and clean. The community is very friendly and looks out for one another. I have made several friends while walking my dog. This is a very pet friendly community. My dog always wants to walk past the main office to say hi to the friendly staff and get a treat! Great location, great price, and friendly, clean environment. What's not to love?

Worst apartments, Rats roaches! Dina is the worst and rudest property manager in the world!!! I rather live in a tent under a bridge than here!!! Horrible horrible place to live!!

I have been here 15 years. Not planing to move anytime soon. Nice size apts, safe to live. Apt staff are helpful. I have never had any problem as long as I gave been here.
