We went here for the first time today. Gabe helped me with a bracelet I had previously purchased elsewhere. Ended up purchasing 2 watches while we were there. Great customer service…and meeting Rose was a bonus. Nice to have a family business in the neighborhood. We’ll definitely be back.

By far the best jewelry shop. They take pride in their craftsmanship and take the time to make sure you get exactly what you envision. I am so happy with my engagement ring. Becky and her son Gabriel took the time to show us different stones and settings and the turn around for a special order ring was so quick. 5 stars!

I came to them to make a custom engagement ring, with very detailed specifications, but had never made or owned jewelry before myself. One of the owners (and jewelers) worked with me very closely to combine and refine the ideas I had for the ring. They were extremely informative and personable throughout the whole process. In the end he and his team delivered the perfect ring and the attention to detail and execution was perfect. They also included free life time cleaning and stone tightening. This is the only jewelry store I will recommend to anyone I know.

Went in to resize my engagement ring but was recommended adding little “speed bumps” in my band instead to prevent the stone moving. The ring turned out perfect, the staff was nothing short of amazing through the whole process, and the owner offered me free cleaning of the ring for life! This is the place to go. Personable and high quality service. I am forever coming here!

Gem Classics is by far the best jeweler in DFW. The quality of their product and craftsmanship is superior to any other local jeweler. Becky, Gabe and Ryan are extremely knowledgeable and make the buying process fun, not stressful. They are a family run business and they treat us like family as well.

A few years ago we were looking for a jeweler to replace my engagement ring. We happened to come across Gem Classics after lunch. On our first visit, we met Gabe. He was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. When we got married, he customized my beautiful wedding band and also was able to repair a family heirloom, which was part of my wedding gift. We feel like family on our visits. I highly recommend Gem Classics.

From the entire search process for an engagement ring to repairs, he goes above and beyond regular customer service to ensure you’re happy.My fiancé and I had gone to several other jewelry stores in Dallas and only Gabe could find the exact diamond I wanted and had multiple options. We had our engagement ring and wedding bands made by Gabe a few years back and he even helped my now husband to pull off the proposal at the store. They also took my grandmas diamond earrings and a sapphire we had to create a necklace for me. Will always recommend family and friends to Gem Classics.

Our friend recommended us to Gabe for diamonds and custom engagement rings! My boyfriend and I met with Gabe a few times to look at diamonds and he was very patient and knowledgeable. We did not know much about diamonds previously and he took the time to teach us about the 4 C’s.Gabe worked together with us to design and create the “simple” ring that we had imagined in our minds. He understood exactly what we wanted and was able to help us stay within budget as well!! The ring turned out even better than we could’ve imagined. He carefully explained what was covered under his warranty as well while we were designing the ring.Will definitely be back to look at wedding bands in the future :) we highly recommend working with Gabe and his mom.

Came in today to have the authenticity of a Tissot I ordered online checked out. The service and hospitality was bar non and their expertise really showed when describing the ins and outs of what makes something authentic.Gabriel, thank you very much for all your help today. Fixed my grandmother’s ring in a week. I broke a prong and lost a diamond. They fixed if for me quickly. It was affordable and everyone I spoke with was very nice and accommodating. I referred a friend to them to get a ring of hers fixed. Will definitely go back in the future for other jewelry repairs.
