Rudest adjuster ever! First off NO ONE ever contacted me! I had to reach out to them. Their client hit me (while I was stopped) so excuse me for trying to get my car repaired. They then proceed to give me all these phone numbers - car shop, rental service (who does not arrange or pay for the rental itself - that's MY job) another person who handles my medical bills and the time I have missed from work. I'm not quite sure how they earn their salaries if the injured (non Fred Loya person) does all of their leg work.

Unethical and rude to customers. On personal phone calls while customers are waiting. Lying about quotes to get you in and changing prices when you arrive. I know how the ins-game works and commissions. They take advantage of their minority customers so BE WARE!!Oh and Jennifer you need an attitude adjustment and some customer service training. You’re unbearable to deal with.

They don't pick up the phone at all. This insurance company sucks at picking up current customers calls. However if you get a quote here, they won't stop blowing up your phone to get their lil commission (coming from experience since I worked here before)
