We got trompo tacos and the flauta platter. HORRIBLE!!!! Taco meat was burnt and salsa was so runny like the majority of it was water! The flautas were burnt in the ends and just tasted gross. They covered the flautas in lettuce and tomatoes like they were trying to cover up how burnt they were.The rice was ok but the beans were so spicy neither of us could eat them! I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!

Don't waste your time coming here for food gas or washing clothes. They can't cook here, only 5-8 washer machines work, and only 7 dryers maybe. This place is for immigrants and quick stop for gas if u have to. Pitiful place of business.

Sometimes they're out of gas. And they're closing the laundry down between 9 and 10. And sucks that they've always locked up the restrooms at night.

Don't go to this gas station. The credit cards at the pumps don't work. The worst gas station ever.

Come here to Wash and Dry and half of the Washer & Dryers half work you walk over to the Fox Gas Station Side and is there someone working on the washer side and they say no! So I ask who can I talk to about the water not going inside the washer. They responded was we can’t do anything about that we don’t have no one working for that side of the business. I look I said well what do I supposed to do cause I’m not getting water in my washer are y’all goin to stop the washer and refund me my money back and let me use another washer the Young Black Africa American lady and the Hispanic man goin to say no but we do recommend you to not come washing here any more. I had to spend 3mins out water and my machine just so my clothes get clean never again….

Tonight after work I needed something to eat. I went to fox store but the ladies service were not at all friendly. I said good evening and they completely ignored me. And they used no gloves. Yuck!

I told the man that was workin on the laundry side of the business as I’m washin my clothes that there is no water in the machine and he literally told me there nothing I can do bout you wanting money and for me to speak Spanish and said he was not goin to help me all I want just wanted him to change the machine I didn’t want any money and when I told the cashier he literally told me he said there water and when he went to look he saw there was no water and said there was in the machine and when I started to record that there was no water in the machine he said okay go to the cashier rude I can’t believe how they treat ppl and the guy keeps lookin at me ugly and tellin ppl I’m crazy I literally will not be back here these ppl have no respect and talkin like that to me i front of my kids just sad

I went to Fox number four in Balch Springs Texas, it is without a doubt the trashiest nasty gas station I’ve ever been to. Half the pumps didn’t work had to go to four different pumps to get gas and I still had to go inside that was trash all outside along the pumps and all the trash cans were full and overflowing with trash on the ground. First time I’ve ever been to a fox gas station the last time I’ll ever go.
