I just came for an important item I needed and on the door it says Temporary hours and there not even open and it’s 1:21 pm when they are supposed to be open from 9am -10pm

I came to this family dollar to pick up my Amazon order, the store has been closed for 3 days until today it was open.When I entered the store I was rudely interrupted by the employee saying it was close even though it was 5 pm and store closed at 10 pm, I did told her i needed to pick up my order so she let me and I noticed she didn’t stopped other people who are the same race as her but only me (I’m Hispanic) and other two people who were white ,which I find it really dumb and racist , don’t shop here ?

If I could give a -0 I would... Customer service should be number one and who ever the black lady with the hat that says she the store manager needs to be talked to ... very rude to customers and her staff on 06/29/24 check y'all cameras between 3:30-3:50 p.m.

UPDATE9:42pm: I was standing in front of the store next to this Family Dollar writing a review. At 9:42pm I hear a young male say out loud you close at 10pm. A girl opens the door asks him something to the like is he paying with a card. She proceeds to let him and another young man in. So I asked if she was letting people in now. She says "what" and closes and locks the door....???????The Family Dollar app on Google it states the store closes at 10pm. I walk up to the door at 9:31pm. A girl behind the counter with a baby on her hip says they are closed. I said online it says you close at 10pm. There are no store hours posted anywhere by the front door. Please post this stores hours by the front door. When your customers are coming and going they can verify. I live close enough to walk. It's inconvenient and disappointing to arrive 30 minutes before the hours online state this store closes to find they just locked the doors. Contact Google and update this stores hours please.

The staff was very friendly, but the store was a mess. A lot of product missing from shelves, and poorly set up. For instance your cleaning supplies and bleach are on one end of the store and your laundry soap and such are at the other end of the store. Staff was friendly but they were very short handed.

Black lady with braids won’t let people use cash back. Who made this policy? Who is she to tell people that can’t use cash back ? This place needs to be cleaned and re trained how to treat valued customers.
