Store hours say 10pm on window at store and on this site yet they where closed at 9pm staff just looked at me as they were hanging out in parking lot.

I am giving this store a 4 due to the staff is always kind and helpful. They do need a security guard due to the area but good job staff!!

Lots of variety of products. Staff is polite when you as the customer is polite. Just all around good atmosphere. Needs a better A/C Unit in the store those. The staff deserve a better one in this Texas Heat, 113° outside and felt like 90° inside.

I arrive at Family Dollar at 8:36pm and there’s a guy standing at the door saying they closed, but the sign says at 9. This is ridiculous…, I will be contacting the corporate office!

To family dollar corporate office just because it's in the hood don't mean you got to treat everyone the shops there like they from the hood clean the store up. Make make it look presentable you only have it in the need I more than the truth. There are none in the Plano area ?but I thought y'all like money ??
