My refrigerator went out last minute, while in the middle day my all food was spoiled . I called Elite finding a deal for refrigerator through ditchit app and within 2 hours I had a new refrigerator delivered and installed!

Last week I had to buy a new dishwasher. I decided to check out Elite Appliance and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to find a unit I liked at a price I could afford. I needed a white dishwasher and those are hard to come by these days.
Brian spent a good amount of time answering my questions and found the perfect KitchenAid dishwasher for me. My plumber picked it up from their warehouse and installed it last week. I've been amazed at how much better it works than the 11 year old dishwasher that just died.
I was also happy to support a local business. Customer service was excellent and the reps have multiple years of experience in the appliance industry. So, they know what they're talking about.
This was a great experience to an often frustrating shopping expedition.

The times I have submitted a review like this can be counted on one hand because all customers should be treated with respect and courtesy even when they might not give that back. I recently had the opportunity to do business with Elite Appliances and I wanted to express my thanks to Rashawnda Carter for extending care and concern that comes from the heart and not just the job. She was off great help in resolving a very negative situation.
She is the kind of employe that gives major contribution to the success of your business.

I had a great experience with Elite Appliance!
My washing machine went out last minute, while in the middle of doing laundry preparing for out of town company. I called Elite and within 2 hours I had a new washer delivered and installed!
Their customer service and delivery/installation team were so friendly and professional. I’ll recommend any and everyone to Elite Appliance and look forward to working with them again!

We have had a great experience with Elite Appliance. Eddy was super and managed to sell us a full kitchen and washer/dryer set. He explained every thing beyond our expectations! We would recommend Elite to anyone. We drove two hours and had a pleasant and comfortable time. Thank you

It was a surprise knowing that there was a Nice appliance store so close to me. Jeremy was a tremendous help and the selection was outstanding when I needed to purchase a double oven. I will absolutely be a customer for the next appliance that I need. Great service from Jeremy and the installer, Johnny. He was courteous and knowledgeable.

We bought and paid for a dishwasher at store from Eddy McBroom as the sales rep back in December-2023. The ETA given to us at the point of sale was 7-10 business days. During the second week in January, we contacted the store to ask about the delivery and were routed to Roshwanda as their delivery coordinator and customer service. She was unable to provide a date for delivery but called back the next day let us know that the appliance was expected to be there that day. When we went to pick it up, we learnt that the appliance had not arrived with no further information on the ETA. We kept calling and emailing everyone at the store including the manager Corey Trent. All of the folks at the store including those named above avoided answering our calls and emails. After several attempts to contact them, we were able to get hold of Eddy and asked him to cancel the order which he promptly agreed to and sent us an email saying a refund had been requested. We waited for another 8 business days but no refund showed up leading to another follow up today. Eddy finally issued the refund after this follow up and pretended as if his “accounting shows that a refund has been issued”.I would NEVER recommend Elite Appliance to a friend. Their behavior and attitude is unacceptable for a store of their repute. I don’t understand how they can maintain the rating they do on Google! Are those fake reviews?
