Hard to tell whether they are open or no. Been looking to buy Parmagiani Annual Calendar watch for my 40th bday, so I rushed to the store today. Even though there were clients and employees inside, the door was locked, and no one bothered to open it when I tried to open it 2-3 times. No one bothered to explain anything either. Maybe I was invisible. If the store is closed (it was around/after 5PM or so) or not accepting customers, a sign at the door and/or Open Hours update online would had helped. Otherwise people like me end up spending time in traffic to get to a store that is letting anyone in. I could had used that time for something more useful.

I came into this store to drop off my father's watch for maintenance and with the hopes of purchasing my first Rolex watch. Maybe it was unintentional but Victor helped me realize that it would be highly unlikely that I would be able to purchase a Rolex from this location. He told me that he needed something to present to the store director to help convince him that I would be a candidate to purchase a watch. He then encouraged me to purchase other brand watches, certified pre-owned rolex and jewelry to help my case. He told me that I was competing with other people with purchase histories.
He told me that other Rolex ADs around the area are less busy in comparison to Eisemans. This was his best advice! I went to another local Rolex AD in Dallas 2 weeks later and was able to purchase the submariner I asked him for. I went back into Eisemans a few days later to try on some watches and he assisted me once again (I recommend going to Eisemans to try on watches because they have most models for exhibit). I was wearing my new submariner and he told me that I was impatient and that he could have gotten it for me. He further explained to me that now that I have not shown my loyalty to Eisemans and it would be hard to convince the store director to sell me a watch.
I guess in the end everything worked out since I was able to get the watch I wanted and from an AD that makes me feel valued.

Came into the shop to register my interest in picking up at least 2-3 rolexes and ran into Victor - the most unprofessional Rolex sales rep I've encountered to date. I've never encountered someone like this in any Rolex AD in Newport Beach, Beverly Hills, Vegas, or Manhattan.
Would mumble and be hard to understand, but the worst part is his subversive attempt to tell me I had to purchase other products within the store to be considered for a Rolex sales. Within 2 mins of the conversation, he's already pushing me on IWC, Omega, and Tag Heuer watches (which I have plenty of). When explicitly asking for clarification if I had to purchase other jewelry and/or watches his response would be "I can't say it's required, but it would help." This is after tolerating the 30 mins he spent telling me his stories for over 30 minutes without any attempt to write down my information. Clearly he's not interested in my business.
Not particularly thrilled he wasted my time.
If I had to go through this process just to legitimately purchase a product then I would rather just hit the gray market - a market I didn't want to deal with since it supports watch flippers instead of legitimate collectors.
He claims he is the sole Rolex sales rep for this AD. That is rather unfortunate for this store.

Came into the store today for Mothers Day. Urek was so very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He took time to explain the different collections to my kids so they could make Mothers Day special. Thank you Urek for the awesome experience!!!!!!
UPDATE: came back today, June 7, and picked up a Rolex Submariner with date. This was yet another excellent experience with Urek. Very down to earth and easy going. Bought the timepiece and then gave it to my wife and kids to present to me on Father’s Day :). Looking forward to wearing it soon!!!

I can not recommend Eiseman Jewels to any watch collectors especially from the Rolex brand. Many of the buyer with their reviews were told or forced into Eisemans Jewels to purchase jewelry in order to purchase their desired Rolex, I previously had a large purchase history and purchased a gem set gmt master II with rubies. They no longer reach out to me though I’ve kept a nice relationship and all they have are models that only a first time buyer wants. Their GM will likely site demand, change in supply, that’s all baloney. They make their money more off the jewelry and stone purchases than anything else. I would not trust them at all.

Lol rolex dude tried to tell me there’s a 3 year waiting list for a gold day date. I reminded him you can go buy one grey on Chrono for 3k under retail right at that moment. Unprofessional on their part

I stopped in the store to do some preliminary window shopping by myself for an engagement ring. The next time I go there, it will be with my fiancée so she can pick her rings out without my input. The staff was VERY knowledgeable with regards to the different cuts of diamonds. I learned a lot about emerald, princess, round, square, tear drop, etc cuts. I HIGHLY recommend Eisman Jewels in NorthPark Center!!!

I got a phone call recently that my Rolex (datejust Wimbledon dial) has finally arrived! Michall provided us with exceptional service and professionalism. Throughout the waiting process, he was always there to provide update whenever I text him. I picked up the watch last week, and it was definitely a memorable experience. Michall then kindly assisted my wife to help her narrow down her options as well. Overall, great experience!!

Been working with Michall at Eiseman Jewels since 2022. I frequently visit the store and he has always gone above and beyond to walk me through the many difference timepieces they carry at Eiseman Jewels. I was able to purchase a Rolex Sub and a Tudor BlackBay 58 GMT. Looking forward to purchasing many more pieces in the future. If you ever visit Eiseman, ask for Michall! :)

I highly recommend Eiseman for all your jewelry and timepiece needs. My experience with Urek at Eiseman's has been exceptional for over ten years. I have purchased several timepieces and jewelry items from him; he has always been a pleasure to work with. Urek is very knowledgeable about the watches and jewelry at the store, and he is always very responsive and prompt in answering any questions I have. Recently, I worked with Urek on my Rolex purchase, and he was fantastic to work with, as usual. I trust Eiseman and Urek for all my jewelry needs, and I am planning on purchasing another timepiece from them soon.

My Wife and I so enjoyed our experience with Victor. He spent 2 hours with us on a busy Saturday to deliver a new watch and show us all the estate jewelry on display. The service and the environment were top notch. Thank you so much Victor and congratulations to Eisemans on their 60th Anniversary.
