I love the workouts and love the studio. Go for a great workout in 30 minutes. My only problem is some of the teachers and students talk about politics during the class. They obviously have the right to their opinions. However, it was obviously making some of the students uncomfortable. The teacher seemed to caught up in his own stuff to care how the students were responding to his unwanted opinions at the gym. I get enough of that out in the world. The stress and conflict of politics is not what I want to listen to when I'm trying to clear my head during my workout. Great workouts. Some of the teachers may not be for everyone until they can learn to leave their personal opinions at home and focus on the workout we're paying them for.

I'm a regular 5:30 am class-goer for a year and a half now. I'm pretty sure AJ and William have NEVER repeated the same workout. It's crazy what they can do in such a small space. This is the best workout, best neighborhood gym and such a fun group of people. I hate to miss class. Get out of bed - try the 5:30 - there's always room for more people!

Must. Try. They offer a free class. 30 minutes. Challenging. Heart pumping. Sweat enriching. You will walk out knowing you are better than you walked in. You will be hooked like I am now. This is a unique fitness class - no, a great group of friends. The equipment is not what you see in a gym which makes the workouts interesting. HIIT at its max - a lot of rotation so you never lose interest and if struggling with one exercise, you move on and do your best at the next one. The trainers are probably the best part as they create a great energy in the room. All physical levels. If you are new to Dallas, if you want to better yourself, if you want to help a local business - this is it. Again, try their free class, nothing to lose but a little bit of weight.

Amazing gym! Small group workout with personal trainers. Great coaches and dynamic FIIT format. It's a gym that works. Plus, great community too.

Dropped into Edge a few days while traveling in the area. Easy check in on line and my first workout was free. My trainer AJ was top notch and had just the right amount of encouragement to keep the class motivated. There were all different ages and fitness levels in the class and AJ made sure that everyone had modifications tailored to each individual level of fitness. I had fun and got in a great workout in a 30 minutes. I'll miss this place.

Where to start.. I've tried it all: every other gym in town, crossfit, spin class, you name it. Edge is the only gym I've ever been a part of that I genuinely enjoy. The trainers are awesome. The workout is hard but efficient. It's lasts 30min which is so doable. They have a variety of times to go so its more flexible than crossfit (and way more enjoyable). Classes are capped at 15ppl so you get 1-1 coaching on form etc so you don't hurt yourself by doing it incorrectly. I went once on the "free class" to test it out and now I go 6 times a week. Hooked. It is way more approachable and personable than other class-based gym training. No two days are the same and each day targets 1-2 muscle groups so you're not killing yourself going everyday. We've met some great people and everyone is friendly and supportive. Not everyone is super fit and "bulking" so regular people don't feel out of place; it's neighborhood people just wanting a good, quick workout.Try the free class, you won't regret it.

What is not to love about this place! They try to make working out as fun as possible and always switch up the routines which is major for me as I become bored easily. I love that it is a quick 30 minutes but they really utilize every minute. The concept is 30 seconds of work and 10 second rest - sounds easy enough but it is rough! You will get a great sweat on and the trainers are super knowledgeable. I have had prior injuries and they always tailor my workout to avoid further injury but still work that muscle group. The clientele that attends are super welcoming and trainer AJ has really been awesome!

Man I gotta tell ya there just isn't a better place. William and AJ make you feel right at home from the get go which helps the transition into a new gym less intimidating. Along with these two great trainers is a community of people that are ready to cheer you along. 30 minutes though you say... that's the catch... you couldn't be anymore wrong. 30 minutes with these guys is pretty challenging and I've seen more results than any hour I've spent with any other trainer or gym. This is defiantly a hidden lil gem. I'm thankful to have found it!
