If I could give this place 0 stars I would! These people are unprofessional and they scam people for their money while they sit on their butts! They don’t answer phone calls, they lie and say vehicles work with no issues when there are issues. When you bring it up to them they cut you off and make up some excuses. I bought my car Feb 24,2024 and it is now going on May of 2024 and I still don’t have the rest of the information for my car. They said they are working on it but told me when I bought the car that the title, license plates, and registration sticker would be ready before my paper tags went out. I have contacted them multiple times to ask about it and they shrug it off and play dumb. It got to the point I had to have family try to call them and they still didn’t answer. The number they have on the documents isn’t in service so have to get another number to call. They are too busy on the phone making international calls than to take care of the correct issues at hand. I have had my car for a few months now and had only been able to drive it for one week and it has been down since then. I have replaced the timing belt, cv axis, harmonic balancer, head gasket, valve cover gasket, spark plugs, file filter, three other belts and that’s not including what work I still have to do to it to where I can actually drive it. The two major safety issues were the timing belt and the cv axis. The timing belt was so bad I’m truly lucky it didn’t snap while I was driving it. As for the cv axis I was driving my car when it snapped and luckily no one was hurt and no accidents happened!!! These people need to stop scamming people to fill their pockets! People don’t play about their money and the money they worked hard for. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN AND PUT THEM OUT OF COMMISSION!!!!

This mf is a scam a buy a car from him and my transmission want out a few months later I told him about it he told me he didn't care.. I also still have not received my license plate yet this mf need to sell cars again .... if I can I would have given him no start..

be careful they are 100% scammers ,i bought a car from them and never got a title ,right now they are being sued for the cost and all expenses, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM !!!!

I bought a 2006 Expedition on November 22nd, but unfortunately, it broke down on November 24th, just two days after the purchase. Hezz said that there were no mechanical issues. I noticed a ticking sound, and the car slowed down while I was driving on the interstate in traffic. I took it to a mechanic for a diagnostic check. The mechanic discovered it was an engine problem and recommended that I return the vehicle and get my money back. Therefore, I returned the car on November 27th. I contacted the dealership and owners, and they stopped responding to my calls, texts, or messenger chat. I reached out to my lawyer today. I am waiting to hear back from him. I contacted the BBB, and I will warn others about this company as well. Scammers.

Purchased a car from Mike! Greatest and easiest purchase I’ve made in years! Dynasty worked with me on various Payment methods and they don’t price gauge! Not only was Mike cheerful, friendly and informative. He was very helpful and accommodating by showing me details on the car I didn’t even think to look for- like an ac nob missing. Most car salesmen will steer you away from noticing a dent or ding, but Mike took his time explaining anything to keep an eye out for and even made some suggestions and recommendations to local businesses on my behalf. He was kind enough to stand in the 110 degree Texas heat, pop the hood and ensure the ac was cold and ready to go. He took his time to show me the plates would be registered accordingly and I didn’t even ask for that confirmation. Paper work was a breeze. You want an easy, affordable, trustworthy, quick transaction? Go see Mike! Thank you Dynasty for EVERYTHING and Thank you Mike!!!

I’ve been a customer for years and have never had any issues. It’s family owned and they treat you like family. This is my recent purchase and never had a problem with it. 2007 Chevrolet tahoe. I love them. They really have been like family when I go see them.
