This is a Cheating company. I paid thru my Credit card on January 7th 2019 for a mattress of $800, then tried to contact thru phone and email no response and the refund my money on Feb 20th. then again Dox charged me $800 on 02/25/2019 thru paypal and didn't deliver my mattress, didn't respond me back. I Texted several time, Email them several times, no response. I think they are using our hard earned money for 2 months. I am thinking to file a law suits. It's a fraud company. I am working with PayPal to get back my money. DO NOT TRUST THIS CHEATING COMPANY, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, CHEATING AND FRAUD. I am stressed for their action, I hope Federal government should black list them. I have all documents what I said here.

As of Feb 19, still no contact from Dox regarding the refund they've owned me since Dec 18, 2018. My bank is still in the process of getting the charges reversed. Think twice, before giving these con artists your money as the owner will refuse to give it back even though he could never deliver on the item you ordered in the first place. I have filed complaints with the BBB and Consumer Fraud Agency of Dallas. Company has ignored my attempts to get my $999 refunded for 3 months! Be wary of the positive feedback left which can be the result of a business DOX pays to write favorable reviews for them. This place is a nightmare to deal with. Below is what I just received from the Better Business Bureau for the complaint filed against Dox.... Complaint ID#: 91475461 Business Name: Dox Furniture The Better Business Bureau has made several attempts to contact the business regarding the above referenced complaint. We regret to inform you that the company has not responded within the normal 22 day timeframe and accordingly we are closing the complaint as Unanswered. Can NEVER get a live person on the phone and they don't return messages or respond to emails. Their "Live" chat says, "Hello I'm Here!" which is a total joke since you can ping them repeatedly over the course of a four hours and never get a response. To date, multiple phone messages, chat messages and emails have not been returned in over three weeks. Poor customer experience all around. Avoid this place and do your business somewhere else.

I wouldn't advise anyone to buy anything from here, I was sold a table set they didn't have all the pieces to, then I ordered a different table set I was told would be in, in about a month, this whole time I'm paying for a table set that's not in my home, I called for an update no one responded, been leaving messages for 4 wke now still no response, called Amica the credit people, who are NOT aware I don't have the table set in my home and I'm getting the run around, but still be charged for this table set I don't have went to the address listed on the site and no furniture place is there, now I'm being told I have to wait 72 business hrs for Dox furniture to reply to Amica before my contract can be adjusted, this is so unprofessional my next step is to call the better business bureau

For a store that claims to be different, the service level indicates this is just another furniture store. Timeline of events: 1. Online chat with Juliette to get the price on a sectional lowered to match the going online rate at national retailers. Item says delivery in 2 days online. Juliette says will take exactly 1 week to get the product from Houston. 2. 3 days later, I email to ask for an update. It goes ignored. 3. A week passes. No word from Dox. Start to realize they don't pick up the phone. Catchy hold music though! Juliette via on line chat indicates that the item wasn't in stock in Houston. Guess what? Without me chatting with them, they would never have realized, so they now have to source it from somewhere else. They decide to order from LA and say it'll take yet another week. She said she will talk to the manager to see what compensation can be credited and that I'll be updated by email that day. 4. Days go by and I hear nothing. Online chats are ignored. Calls ignored. Finally on Friday, they pick up the phone and said the sofa is in Dallas. Yet, no delivery because it's stuck in the back of the container. I am told 'definitely Monday' and 'the manager will be back any minute and give you a call'. No call. 5. Monday hits. Yup, no calls. Online chat ignored. Calls ignored. Email ignored. Nada. 6. Tuesday. Oops, they accidentally didn't screen my call when I used another phone number. What's the story this time? Oh, we have your item but we don't have delivery drivers today. I ask if they can pay another delivery team to bring it out. 'Yes, I'm sure we can! I will call you in 30 minutes with an update'... Yup, no call. Online chat ignored. Calls ignored. 7. Wednesday. Online chat ignored. Calls ignored. More of the same crap. Finally get an email with two delivery windows. Sofa is here, and it's great. The only reason this place got 2 stars. Bottom-line, if you can negotiate the price online (and the rep actually replies) to a point where you are satisfied and can be okay with the item taking multiple weeks to be delivered despite their claims, you can proceed. Don't expect service, don't expect realistic timelines, and don't expect anyone to care enough to make it right.

We bought a couch from dox, it was delivered exactly when it was suppose to be! Very very nice customer service! Easy assembly! They offered to put it together but I'm a do it myself kinda person.

I love the guy who works here! They don't have a big selection at the store! But you can sit there and let him know what your looking for and he will order it and deliver it to you for FREE!!! Def will be back!!! Great furniture!!!

Very disappointed on how we were treated by Dox. Their consultant in the office ordered the wrong height bar stools once, they delivered them we called and asked if they could deliver the right size. Unfortunately the female who works there said no refunds or returns it's an open box! Wow we didn't order the wrong size you did but of course now we have to pay $200 for the bar stools that we can't use because we needed counter height. I highly recommend not buying from these people they don't care about their customers clearly. To think we were excited about finding your show room and thinking you were a fabulous company guess think again right. Thanks but no thanks! Don't buy from this place all sales are final!

Although some of it requires assembly (like buying from IKEA), it's still quality furniture at an excellent price! I never had a problem getting a hold of anyone while shopping and after we purchased. Juliette and her staff were all super friendly and helpful. Great prices, quality stuff and excellent staff! Highly recommended!

The owners were super friendly and helpful! I purchased a beautiful mid-century modern sofa with chaise and a year later it is holding up wonderfully. I used the in-house financing option which was easy to setup and made payments before the interest kicked in and had no issues at all! I was skeptical about the payment plan but after a quick online change to make my payment plan paid in full (seriously one click of a button) I kept a watchful eye on the payments and they were made without a hitch and I wasn't charged a dime in excess. Love love love this store; I can't say enough. Brought my neighbor by and he bought several chairs and a sofa and he was thrilled with the on-time delivery, as well. A+ 5 stars, every time.

Do NOT shop here! I worked with Justin the store owner to completely furnish my apartment. He was great until the delivery went sour. 50% of the furniture I ordered was incorrect at the time of delivery. I received a damaged couch, wrong size box spring, wrong dining table and wrong chairs. The delivery was scheduled for 2-3pm and the delivery men arrived around 8pm with incorrect furniture. Justin became increasingly rude. He switched my dining room table to a similar one and thought I wouldn't notice. He refused to reorder the correct table. So now I have a mismatched dining room set. When he resent the correct items two weeks later, his idea of cleaning the damaged couch was sending the delivery man with a bottle of Resolve and a dirty wash rag. He denies any wrongdoing even after raising his voice over the phone with me and I'm stuck with this furniture. I paid cash and was very patient with him and did not deserve that type of service. Save your time and money and save yourself a headache and shop else where.

I purchased a living room set, dining room set and a platform bed with an amazing bed. The salesman was extremely helpful and my order was delivered and put together promptly and professionally within 48 hours. I was even able to get payments within my budget.

Furniture as described, delivery overpriced, if you have someone that can pick it up for you save the $70 because it was literally a worker in a pickup truck that delivered and if you aren't good with handiwork you won't like the couches, I literally had to figure out how to put this couch together, it came broken down into about 6 pieces and the instructions weren't clear. Other than that I had no issues
