Beautiful hotel, spotless and clean. Room on the penultimate floor, spacious and well equipped (fridge, TV, air conditioning, wifi). Shower room with toilet. Balcony (unfurnished shame) with splendid view of the Dallas skyline. Pleasant outdoor swimming pool. Paid on-site parking. Varied and good breakfast. Welcoming and friendly staff. I recommend without worries!

Rooms are kind of compact as is usually expected in a Metropolitan area. But the rooms were nice and clean and the service was exceptional.

The stay was okay, but the breakfast was average and not particularly rich in variety. If you book a room with breakfast, remember to ask the front desk for a meal voucher. You will use it for meals every morning. The front desk forgot to give it to us when we checked in.
Although the surrounding area looks relatively desolate, there are two very good restaurants across the street, one for burgers and one for barbecue. There is also a seafood restaurant not far away. You can completely solve the problem of eating within walking distance nearby.

The hotel is in a good location, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The decor in the room is dated. Easy to find routes to walk or run. There's also a few good restaurants that are nearby.

Currently staying here and wishing I wasn't wasn't.
Friend dropped by and parked their car, asked if we would get charged for parking, staff told us no and it was a $15 charge.
The walls are extremely thin. The thinnest I have ever experienced in a hotel. Asked the staff if we could have ear buds to help with the sound of rowdy parties next to us, they couldn't help.
Used their card to order room service overnight. They never processed the order.
Currently sleep deprived and hungry. Never had such a terrible experience staying anywhere.

Comfortable rooms, great staff & and LOT of parking. Beds were much cozier than I anticipated. Only complaint is the low 7ft ceilings in the hallway and bathroom. Overall, it was a nice stay for the price.

Good Double Tree well located. Balconies could have been better maintained and had furniture

The experience and service was nice , however the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I am one to never complain but my back suffered for those nights . But other than that . Great hotel .

Rooms are extremely small, old, and dirty. Furniture is damaged, bathrooms are tiny and gross. There were bugs in the bathroom. The tub floor had been weirdly painted. The carpet in the room was disgusting and there was sauce/food on the nightstand that hadn't been cleaned. Parts of the ceiling were coming down. The room smelled like urine and mildew and the windows had mold all over them. My friend and I both had allergy (breaking out in hives) and asthma attacks due to the room conditions and dustiness of the room. We ended up only staying one night and got another room at The Westin, which was amazing. I do not recommend staying here at all.

My family stayed at the hotel and had no complaints; they said they had good sleep and found everything to their liking.
Special shout out to the breakfast buffet staff Maria and Carmelo who were super attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

The hotel appears clean, and the room is spacious. For a one-night stay, it's okay. However, you might face some issues with sleep. The pillows are extremely flat—they just collapse when you lie down. It was noisy all night: the air conditioner, the refrigerator making noise, and other external sounds. The service is very poor. The cleaning staff came to clean the room at 8:20 in the morning!!! She was talking loudly in the hallway, and the reception didn’t inform us that cleaning happens so early. Plus, we were checking out that day, meaning the cleaner didn’t know the room needed to be cleaned afterward. This makes me think that, for example, if we were out for breakfast, she might not have even changed the sheets for the next guests.
The breakfast was terribly basic—overcooked bacon, and the potatoes were half cold. There were very few options for breakfast. I had to find water, a fork, and a knife on another table myself. The waiter was indifferent, and the hostess was rude, as if we had walked into her house.

This DoubleTree was a mixed bag.. The staff was REALLY wonderful and accommodating!! I think I got the best sleep of my life in that bed lol.. The pillows were exceptional. The water pressure was randomly superb. Parking was easy. However the bathroom was tiny, basic and smelled verrrry strange, and the room’s lighting after dark was fluorescent and not very homey. Warmer lightbulbs would make a world of difference. Nothing wrong with this DoubleTree, it does the job, but the feeling is not fancy.

I chose this hotel first for its location. My son lives 5 minutes from here so it was easy for us to get together for dinner and fellowship after our work day
Secondly I selected this hotel because it is a Hilton property and I am Diamond status so I get $15 credit for use on food/breakfast
The breakfast buffet was clean and very good tasting. The staff was attentive
The property seemed secure and safe
Location to downtown and things I wanted to see was excellent.
I got upgraded to a suite. The bed slept amazingly well, in fact all DoubleTree's do for some reason.
My room was clean and I had no complaints as the staff at the hotel took good care of me
