After reading some of the reviews, I was hesitant about going to tour, but I also know sometimes when people don’t get the answers that they want they give negative reviews so I decided to tour although my move-in date is not until June I was very excited as to what I saw. Tammy & Sam were so informative …. I can’t wait for June to get here.

Do not live here. I had problems from the moment I moved in, including moving into a very dirty apartment that was clearly not cleaned after the last person moved out, cockroaches (that remained a problem the entire time I lived there), and a fire alarm that continually beeped in my building for a month.I moved out on December 31 and received less than half of my security deposit back. They kept over $400 and I still have yet to receive an explanation of why because the only thing I received was a check for the very little amount they returned. After calling the leasing office several times with no answer (another problem with this place), I finally got ahold of someone who said the assistant manager would send me photos of why my deposit was withheld. This was on January 30. I have called and emailed multiple times since then and I have yet to receive an answer or the photos they claim explain why my deposit was withheld.I took very good care of my apartment, so don’t live here unless you intend to throw your security deposit away.

So true. I could not get a hold of them via telephone. The security gates are all broken so I just drove in saw exactly what everyone is saying, including the bird poop everywhere. That is so unsanitary besides disgusting. Don’t they know that it’s a serious health risk for the residents??

I love my apartment, but the laundry room has been damaged due to a neighbor's apartment flooding for 4 months now.The office staff is so great, so I am staying put. But please can we repair the laundry room?

My honest review is that the community manager Ms. Sherri may need to be replaced because all issues that residents and I have are issues that the community manager can address but have not. The main one is that NO ONE answers the phone, EVER. And the upkeep of the community like bird droppings is something easily delegated but again has not. I’m going to try to petition this along with other issues and get this sent to the Regional Manager. Ms. Sherri this is unacceptable.

I have lived here going on 3 and half years. When I first moved here it was wonderful. I love the 2 pools, the gym, and the second clubhouse with the pool table. The community is quiet, but the walls are very thin... so you hear any little sound that is made in your neighbors apartment. Now, on the the bad things... my catalytic converter has been stole off my car twice, so I ended up having to pay for a garage. For some reason the gates are open more than it should be. Next the apartment homes look great but the hallways have some cracks in the walls. They are currently trying to fix them. I just feel like for the amount of money we pay here they should do a little better on the maintenance/upkeep. Another example during the summer months a certain kind of bird flies through and make nest in the hallway. Which means there is bird poop and feathers and the noise from the birds drive you crazy. I asked several times for a screen to be put up or something to help with this but nothing happens. After the birds hatch and they go away no one comes to clean the nest up. So its those types of things that I feel should be changed. As far has other things like maintenance request than come within a reasonable time. The ladies in the front office recently changed but not complaint there. They are nice. Hopefully this info helps someone on there journey of finding the right apartment.

Wow, this administrative team from Domain at midtown park has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for me, my wife and other tenants living here at DOMAIN AT MIDTOWN PARK. I totally regret not seeing the signs such as; Domain Cleaners digging through the trash and storing it in their personal garages, gates always open and out of service, mountain of bird droppings throughout the stairs, hallways and walls, a car sitting on rocks with the rims missing (most likely stolen) and 19 out of 20 calls to the office unanswered with no reasonable explanations from the administrative team as to why. The apartment was turned over to my wife filthy as if someone was using or squatting in it, broken items that, as of today, still have not been addressed. I should have listened to my wife as she cried, never receiving any assistance from the DOMAIN admin team. I was always working and normally remained under the radar. However, how this team has been managing every situation is totally unacceptable. The LAST thing was to have my wife’s vehicle towed from a parking port I PAY FOR!!! Charge me for renters’ insurance that I PAY SEPARATELY FOR!!! Plus other add ons that were never discussed at any time before, during or after document signing. Sherri and her admin team was very quick at charging but not fixing or assisting tenants with items and would just close them as “completed”. When I went to the office, Sherri deflected every concern. When I asked about the bird droppings, which is also a health concern, they stated they only had one cleaner for their entire building AND it takes 5 weeks or more for them to reach the different areas. This explains all the items that I’ve had to fix myself and areas that my wife had to clean. Truly embarrassing to bring any friends or family to this filth.Besides the fact that Sherri and her Admin team does not care, it seems that neither does the regional manager which I requested Sherri to call her from the office and her response was “She is unavailable”. When I called Stephanie and left a message, I have not receive a reply or call back. Very upsetting and dissappointing ☹

I've been living here for approximately three years now. I will say the office staff is very helpful, caring and friendly. The manager's , leasing staff, maintenance and grounds crew are sensational! I'm in law enforcement and trust me , i wouldn't live here if it was anything less. Thanks domain ?

I have been a resident at Domain for almost 3 years and I can honestly say it has been one of the best communities I have ever lived in. Yes, not everything is perfect (but who and what apartment is) however I have noticed a lot of improvements that have been made by the new office and maintenance team that have helped in my decision to renew my lease. Here are a couple of things I have personally experienced:MOVE IN / SAFETY- For starters, my move-in experience was very smooth. I moved from home and was very skeptical about the Dallas midtown/downtown area as I had always heard crazy stories of crime and safety but surprisingly and thankfully, I haven't experienced any personal incidents while living at Domain. That also may be because I am a very paranoid person and make sure I lock my car, and home and am very aware of my surroundings. I initially was planning on moving to Richardson since they had less crime but after touring multiple properties and consulting with family, they reminded me that nobody could promise me safety and that if a place did, they were most likely lying to me and just wanting to lease. When I came to tour at Domain, they were very truthful and not only gave me information about their properties but also of some others since I was very indecisive about my decision. They gave me information about stores that are nearby, things to do nearby, and parks. Everyone that I've encountered (past and present) has been a real help.Resident/Visitor Parking- Parking has been great these past few months, back then my friends and family would have to park in visitor spaces which were very limited since residents park in them as well. I would have to follow them to the end of the property most nights and pick them up in my vehicle since I have a carport. Now since they have a new towing company my visitors can park anywhere. They still have though (which is normal). Now my sister was towed last week, and it was very annoying because I had to drive her to pick it up, but it was her fault as she had parked in a handicapped space.WORK ORDERS- At the beginning of this year my work orders were taking anywhere from 2-3 weeks (not exaggerating). I know they had new people coming in and out since every time I went in to ask for an update, I would see new faces, the only people I would recognize were Marlene and Jenny, they are great, they've been here since I moved in. Thankfully everything has been getting done within the same week I put in work orders, and I think they have a full-staffed team.OFFICE/MAINTENANCE TEAM- Nobody is perfect, but I can assure you the team they have isn't the worst. The manager Tammy and Sheri are the opposite of the reviews I've seen. When the old team left, I was scared to go into the office for a while because of the review that was left by someone but once I had to go ask for an update on a work order I met Sam one of the leasing ladies, and the manager's Tammy and Sheri, they were and still are very helpful and nice. The same day I gave them my concerns Shawn and Rodney showed up to my apartment to fix the issue.Overall, I would recommend living here. It's not a perfect property, but they have some good amenities and people working here. Again, these are my personal experiences, and everyone has a story of their own. At the end of the day, change is what you make it.

The gate has been constantly broken and I found a homeless man sleeping in the elevator. Submitted a pest control request a while ago for wasp nest removal and still haven’t heard back yet.

Referred by a close friend and had a wonderful experience with Marlene. She is so sweet and helped me with all my questions. Can’t wait to get moved in!
