Would not recommend. They never answer the phone and have not called me back after multiple attempts and voicemails. This was related to becoming a new client. If they can't even keep up with their sales calls, I can't possibly imagine how terrible their services and turn times would be.

Ever since the name changed to Dex Imaging, things have gone downhill for me. Their offices have been non responsive to our needs and I have been trying to contact them for over 60 days regarding a specific issue. Not a good look or start. I miss CopyNet!

BUYERS BEWARE! Its a big bait and switch operation. I was a customer with a copier lease. The company sells you the copier, then you end up leasing it from whoever they sell the lease to. BUT here's the kicker, they call you to tell you your lease is up.... and try and sell you a new machine. No biggie, right? New machine doubled in price. But they extend out the lease terms to try and keep the payment the same even though you are now paying double.When I refused to pay, I simply found another copier company. Of course, I tell Dex Imaging to pick up the machine -- they tell me to call the leasing company. The leasing company tells me I have TWO YEARS LEFT!The con is this: They lie and say your lease is almost up. Offer a new machine. Their plan is to pay off your remaining balance and just add that onto the price of the new copier. THATS why the new copier costs so much more.So here I am, stuck in a lease because DEX lied to me about the end date of my lease... and I have a new copier from a more ethical company.Buyers beware.
