I had one of the most welcoming experiences at de Boulle. Although it was close to closing time, Helene took the time to sit down with my wife and me and go over an entire brand catalogue. She let us try on many different pieces, and let us know that we could always contact her later to register our interest for other pieces as well. She is by far the most professional and responsive person I have had the pleasure of meeting at an AD.Emma Boulle was also there at the time, and we truly appreciate how she was willing to let my wife try on one of her personal pieces.I look forward to visiting de Boulle the next time we are in Dallas.

I recently visited deBoulle Dallas for the first time. From the moment I walked in, my family and I were treated with a level of warmth and kindness that was above and beyond my wildest expectations. The entire team was accommodating and friendly, but I have to give special praise to Helene, who was outstanding.Helene sat down with me and showed me a number of Patek Philippe timepieces, even letting me try them on. She was forthcoming and incredibly knowledgeable about the various models and complications. I really enjoyed the opportunity to talk to her about starting my Patek journey. She helped me build a thoughtful Patek wishlist and she also took the time to show my wife their beautiful selection of jewelry, which frankly blew me away because I did not realize how extensive and varied their offerings are.Mr. Boulle also introduced himself and stopped by on multiple occasions to check in with us, which I never would have expected but was greatly appreciated. He was so friendly and welcoming, even to first-timers like us. He even gave my son a watch-themed coloring book to take home, which was such a nice gesture.I cannot say enough positive things about how wonderful my first visit to deBoulle was. I feel incredibly fortunate that we have a retailer like this in Dallas. I am looking forward to building a relationship with deBoulle that will last for many years to come and I cannot wait to get that first call from them!

I recently visited the boutique to purchase a Tudor BB 58. Helene was wonderful to deal with. She placed the watch on hold for me, until I could arrive later in the day. She answered all of my questions. She also helped me pick out a gift for my wife.Mr. Boulle also took the time to introduce himself and thank me personally for my business. A very nice touch.Highly recommend for your timepiece and jewelry needs.

Rance House is an amazing sales person . He is no nonsense guy who is very polite, kind and honest. Regardless of if I get the watch or not , the AD visit was surprisingly pleasant. I usually hate going to Authorized dealers ( especially Rolex ) since they seem very pompous and not customer centric but the visit to the de Boulle was smooth and pleasant all thanks to Rance.

I called and spoke with an associate about order a Bell & Ross strap for my timepiece and he said he would look into it for me but never got back to me. I even sent a follow-up email but no response.
